Although this will not be the solution for me (I have a yet to come across a pillow / device that REALLY can serve me for stomach sleeping), it's still a pretty nice item, especially for people after eye surgery, which wasn't my goal.Searching for other possible stomach sleeping pillows, this seems to be one of the better ones out there - although sadly not ideal for the long-run, and might probably be more ideal as a post surgery item.Lets start with the bad:1) The shipping time is very long, was mostly stuck in China for about a month before successfully shipping off. This is not the sellers' fault though I guess (?), as the seller shipped the item quickly.2) The item I received doesn't feel like its worth the 50$ it costs. Actually, 50$ feels like wildly overpricing it for such a small, considerably what would seem to be a simple item.3) Laying face down with the item even on a semi-firm mattress doesn't really allow a satisfying amount of air income, and it feels a bit heavy on the breathing which is not really comfortable (read below for possible solution).The good:3) the item design is unique, and its very compactible.4) It kinda does it's job laying face down, given the solution I described below.5) Stands out better than some other "face down" pillows I encountered.However - the kinda ok kinda not ok:6) Sadly after around 30-60 mins lying on it, the skin gets sweaty (as the material of the item is plastic-leathery-like, or to be more exact - Polyurethane reading from the item's description), which doesn't feel like it would be good for my skin if I tried to sleep on it for a whole night.7) Although the airflow is a bit of a problem, I found 2 things helped - 1: putting both fists under each side of the item (while laying face down on it on a mattress to heighten the bottom of the item away from the mattress and give extra room for airflow). This position is comfortable to me regardless how it sounds.Also, I put a slim pillow under my chest, as otherwise the item takes your neck and head too high compared to your body and puts stress on your neck, so it feels mandatory to me.Anyway, I hope the review is detailed and fair.If I had to buy post surgery pillow, I guess its a good item for that.Not really ideal for a stomach sleeper who wanna sleep with it through the night otherwise.The item itself is nice overall, however overpriced by quite a margin to my taste. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars No removable cover/extremely long shipping time - 2 months shipping πŸ˜’. I don’t see a way to remove the outer blue covering as they advertise. I asked the company to send a pillow case/cover. The removable pillow case was an older design. Nothing was said about sending a pillow case. Shipping took very long... 2 months... search for something with faster shipping time or a β€œPrime” item. I gave two stars because false advertising/no pillow case was included. Otherwise would have given more stars.
