Great MMO Mouse
Really like this mouse a lot it is my first MMO Mouse I ever owned and I am enjoying using this mouse. I was going to buy a standard 12 side button mouse but I felt like it was to much after borrowing my friend corsair mouse for a week bc I kept losing my positioning and it got confusing after a while using it bc the small buttons and no true center button so I went ahead and got this guy.Experience:I usually play FFXIV and ESO and it works great and love this mouse to death as it makes everything whole lot easier for those games and takes load off to be able to move more and have additional buttons to click but if you want this mouse to use for fps I couldn't give a good opinion/review other then you can make it work. I have use only 3 buttons generally for these types of games (melee, lethal and non lethal grenades actions) and had a fine time though but I can see potential of more uses though.Cons:If I had to give it a cons it would be its weight it is a heavier mouse so if that's a game changer I wouldn't recommend getting it especially for fps but I can say you will get used to it within a week and get stronger fore arms :p. The second thing would be I wish the software had mouse buttons instead of assigning button macros to the mouse like F1-F12, etc (Keyboard Buttons) I would of liked to be able to see Mouse button 1-10 that were for the mouse only buttons and not the keyboard that i seen in some wired mouses have.If anything this is a great for first timer looking for a Wireless/Bluetooth MMO Mouse that is simple to use or helpful to be able to work your way up to a 12 button mouse if you want to test the waters. I Honestly like this mouse and I did my research to get this and I don't regret it great product.Notes/Ideas:This is just a suggestion but for a future product idea for the company I would go for a 9 sided button version of this with texture (Mabey a slide adjustable like the wired corsair mouse). I think this would be a great idea for new mmo players looking for a mmo mouse that seems easy to use/press, I think 9 would be perfect number as it is less confusing for players to locate the buttons as they only need to know where the middle button is to know/remember where they are on the mouse and also not to miss click. Honestly these mouse buttons feel perfect already as they are size just right to click and know your position but I believe it can fit another row of 3 buttons at the bottom without a problem and help give more options for players to use while not worrying about a miss click or lose position of what button is which.

Totally worth the purchase
I was hesitant because of the price, even with the discounted purchase I was having buyer's remorse while waiting for the mouse to be delivered. However, coming from a Corsair Dark Core SE, the difference is night and day--from its functionality to the software. Ah, just a heads up, I'll be making many comparisons to the Dark Core SE in this review. I'll save those for the ends of my paragraphs, so skip the final couple sentences in each paragraph if you only want to read about the Logitech G604.Setting everything back to what I was used to didn't take any longer than 5 min., and it is even easier to do so on the Logitech G Hub application; there is no lag and you can fix reprogramming mistakes with a simple drag and drop. Not only can I set up everything I need for applications from Microsoft Office and Outlook, to Adobe Suite, to the few games I play, the mouse has so many buttons and has really helped with both productivity and gaming. Linking applications to profiles also works extremely well--this is coming from Corsair's iCUE where certain applications wouldn't link properly. The one application I use for work wouldn't link with my mouse profile on iCUE, so I had to set it to Discord. Every time I wanted to use that mouse profile, I would have to switch to Discord first before getting back to work. Although unrelated, both making macros and getting into the detailed bits of those macros was easier on Corsair's iCUE, but I'll try to learn and love Logitech G Hub. After spending so much money on this mouse, I really don't have any choice anyway hahaThe mouse itself feels great, has a nice weight, and is very responsive. A very cookie-cutter sort of praise, but it's so true! One small gripe that I have is regarding the mouse's button placement; the side buttons are too far back, and the left and right mouse buttons are too far forward. Because of this, I sort of have to tilt my hand at an angle to comfortably reach all of the buttons, and this took some getting used to. I also had to change the orientation of my mousepad. Even so, clicking the buttons are so satisfying, especially the one that changes the scroll wheel from fast- to precision-scrolling. The Dark Core SE's scroll wheel did its job, but there were times that it would unintentionally activate and mess up my train of thought while writing, or frustratingly change my weapon in the middle of a fight.Another (also very small and subjective) con is that the scroll wheel sort of shifts about when you move the mouse. Even setting the scroll wheel to precision-mode, you'll feel something moving inside the mouse. If you also have a job where maintaining strict focus on a task is of utmost importance, this may also take some getting used to or changing the way you work--for me, I just don't pick up my mouse anymore. Lastly, there is no pinky-rest, so my pinky brushes around my mousepad whenever I move the mouse around while playing games. Not too big a deal unless work/play on a surface that is more susceptible to light scrapes.I can't go off of much regarding battery life since I'm still on the first battery, but after reading from others' reviews it seems to be quite long-lasting. Plus, it only needs one AA battery, and it's always good to stock up your home with extra batteries anyway. I used the Dark Core SE for so long that its battery degraded to the point where I needed to plug it in at least once every other day to recharge. That's about it! Thank you for reading this far, and I hope you all also enjoy your purchase.
