Very good for posture or tightening your waist, mine was just too small but if I would have gotten the perfect size I think it would have been really good to use.

Okay so I love this waist trainer for the support it gives my back. I am 29 and just had my 3rd child. The dr messed up when giving me an epidural so I have back pain. Anyways i need a lot of back support and.i love the boning and the extra strap to tighten the belt. I would say my only complaint would be when working out, the bottom sort of rolls up... it's kind of annoying. Other than that this product if great!
