Not Made Like They Used To Be
These absolutely are not made like they used to be. I used to have one as a kid and it was really sturdy and I loved playing with it, played with it well into my teen years even. I thought it would be fun to get my 5 year old niece one but this thing sucks. There’s no weight to it so you can’t use it how it’s supposed to be used lmfao. The ball is pretty much empty and because the hole in it is connected to the string, it doesn’t actually hold air so if you kick it the ball just deflates. The ring is flimsy at best and don’t even get me started on the chord. Basically just don’t buy this, it’s a waste of your time and your money.

Love it!
This skip it is so much fun and a great work out! The only thing missing is a counter like the old style. I have had it for several months and it has been used by many kids and adults. It has not broken and is still functioning properly so much so that I just purchased another one for my niece.

Sticks to the ground a little so it drags if you don’t keep it high enough.
My 10 year old daughter likes it. She was going to give it 5 stars but when we got talking she said that the ball kind of drags. Which makes sense since it’s that sticky rubber. It does light up which is fun and if you’re skilled enough to keep it off the ground it would be fine. She still likes it and uses it a ton.

Don't waste your money or time!!!
This product is so flimsy and cheap!! It broke the same day it arrived. The ball on the end of it is so light weight that you can't get it to spin around. Nothing like the skip it we had back in the day. You're better off looking for the original skip it with the counter on it. Heavy duty.

Ball to light to make it work well
The ball is to light to get it to swing around well and a piece broke off upon the first use. It looks cute but isn’t functional

Disappointed. Not worth it.
Neither of my kids, ages 6 and 9, could get this skip ball to go around more than 2 times before it just dragged on the floor. I bought it for the 6-year-old because her brother got one for Christmas. I realized afterward it was not the same brand and clearly not the same quality. The ball is much smaller than expected, the loop that goes around the ankle scratches my daughter’s foot and leaves a red mark and the ball had a split in it after the first try (and it didn’t hit anything). I would not recommend at all.

Good exercise and fun!
Our granddaughter loves this. I had one when I was little, not light up very different, but one of my favorite toys. Good exercise too!
