Allen's Kool Mints 150g (Made in Australia)

One of my favorite taste of Australia.

One of my all-time favorite candies, but the price is simply highway robbery. These should run at most a few $AUD, not $USD 10 (which is like $AUD 15 at current exchange rates—a dollar per 10g of candy!). If this were for a 3-pack or something I might bite, but $10 for a 150g bag is just insulting.

I love Kool Mints! These were a bit “stale” but still delicious.

I ordered these as part of a gift for my father. We lived in Australia when we were younger, and he used to be OBSESSED with these. I thought it would be a cute nostalgic gift! These are super pricey. At what normally would cost a couple bucks, this is going to set you back some coin for some mints! I found it was semi-justifiable because of the nostalgia value. When I got them in the mail, the bag was beaten and wrinkled everywhere. It was really disappointing, mainly because I paid so much for them. the bag looked like it had been sitting in a cramped box for a year. Maybe it was just mine, but I am sure these aren't given as a gift, so how the bag looks really wouldn't matter, but if I am paying 14+ dollars for some mints, I'd hope they be pristine.
