Very well constructed and durable WOD shorts. I have used them for crossfit a number of times and have no issues.

Best MMA and UFC type short
Great fit. I'm 6'5 240 and they great with the waistband and the velcro. They feel durable and breathable. The style is great as well. Spartans were the greatest warriors ever.

Draw them up as needed.
I found the waist to be large relative to the rest of the short which fit as expected. If you normally have to get the waist of your slacks taken in because of your large rear-end and thighs you already know how these fit. Draw them up with the cord, which is nice and soft, wear your shirt out, and hit the grinder.
