Blueberry Fruit Complex 800mg, 60 Softgels

I really like these blueberry capsules and use them as a convenient alternative to eating fresh blueberries. Since blueberries can get expensive, this is an easy way for me to still get similar benefits without having to buy them all the time. I am not exactly sure how one would "rate" a blueberry supplement, but I can tell you why I decided to take it and why I chose this company. I started out using the Vitamin D supplement from Sports Research since I don't get out in to the sun much and my last test results demonstrated my D levels were marginally low. I appreciated the fact that it was combined with coconut oil since Vitamin D is fat soluble - this ensures maximum absorption. At any rate, I began taking glutathione and read that there was a "theory" that it was better absorbed with anthocyanins. In the end, I follow a ketogenic diet and have for two years, so I don't eat fruit, and honestly never really have. We can't deny the research that is out there for the bright-colored fruits in terms of antioxidants and major health benefits accompanying these. We also know that the actual fruit is generally better, but you have to actually eat them! In the past, I have let more fruit go "bad" in my fridge, so I just stopped buying it (which is why following a ketogenic way of eating is almost natural for me). I never liked the really bright-colored fruits anyway - blueberries, raspberries, etc. So, even a bag of frozen blueberries will sit in the freezer for months on end - not good. I like that this product is non-GMO, soy free and is organic. I try to eat organic when I can because every little bit helps, right?! Even if this doesn't truly assist with absorption of glutathione, I am likely doing something great for my health with the antioxidant support alone.

I love this product. I noticed an improvement with my concentration and memory within a week. No more brain fog or not being able to think of a word. Hallelujah!!! UPDATE - 12/16/15 - My memory continues to improve. I can remember a sequence of numbers again (i.e. when you have to enter a code to access your email account from a different device). Also, I am able to recall a list of items (6 right now). I haven't been able to do this in over 15 years! This supplement is AMAZING!!! UPDATE - 2/9/16 - I am still using this product. My memory capabilities continue to improve. It's almost as good as when I was in my 20's; I'm in my 50's. I am SO glad I found this magnificent supplement! Update - 4/30/18 - I’ve been using this product since 2015. It really helps me with my memory. I notice a difference when I go on vacation and do not take it. Excellent product! Update - 7/15/18 - I love your Wild Blueberry capsules. They help keep my brain functioning really well. Update - 9/18/18 - I have been using this wonderful product for almost 3 years. I can't live without. I recommend that anyone take it if they want to have a healthy memory while the age. Update - 10/27/18 - These pills really helped me during a recent bad sinus infection. I had difficulty focusing and remembering until I doubled my dosage. I’m finally feeling better and back to taking 1 a day. Update - 6/27/19 - I just verified that I've been using this wonderful product since 8/10/15. It helps keep my mind sharp. Update - 9/7/19 - I love this product. It has helps me keep my memory working well.

INITIAL review: May 3, 2016. I've never tried a blueberry supplement before, but I love blueberries and grow them in my yard. None of the gels were sticking together, no broken seals, or dents on the box. Opened it up, cut one open, and checked out it's contents. They look and smell like blueberries to me. Sweet and seedy. Took a couple, and will review again after some time has gone by for a full assessment. UPDATE May 28, 2016. I actually noticed a difference in my physiology while taking these supplements. I forgot to take it for almost a week and noticed a difference cognitively. They are now a great addition to my supplement regimen, and I also bought a bottle for my mother as well. I'm not saying they are addicting, because I literally forgot, and wondered what was different. They are very helpful, and I haven't noticed any side effects yet, neither has my mother. Great product all around. Will buy again, and will definitely keep eye out for any packaging, formula, or other changes that some companies make after a product has been in the market for a while.

I have been taking this blueberry extract for 2 months. It has helped my depression/anxiety a bit but I've also added Lions Maine to my supplement which with the two combined has helped me a lot. I started with the Blueberry extract because I thought it would help my memory which it does a little but I am going through a lot of stress and grief right now so that effect is not as much as I'd like, however, I did notice a better mood when I first started taking it. I do get energy from the Blueberry extract without jitters which is good because I am a heart patient and it does not effect my heart. I am lucky to have found this product.

Fantastic price etc etc. But have you all noticed that the supplement products w shedding the larger plastic bottles and product and charging the same price? Much like the cereal and meat packaging in the industries did in the 80's and 90's.. this sucks... And feels like what's going on in America overall. Nothing seems like it value for consumers.

At the time I ordered this supplement, I was told I had the possibility of having glaucoma and was starting testing to see if I did. So I was told about the Life Extension line and ordered this product right away. I was seeing little lightning flashes in my eyes and they were also having a lot of irritation.after starting to take it for a while my eyes stopped having all these issues. Also, after all the testing it was confirmed I don't have glaucoma. So, I will be taking this for the rest of my life.

i opened up a capsule and smelled of fresh blueberries. It would be nice if it was 100 percent blueberries only since it does include virgin olive oil but hopefully it is real they have in it.

Amazing. I have sensitive and dry eyes and it is really annoying and painful. Waking up with my eyes glued together, hitching all day, red, gritty, cannot wear eye makeup. Not much to do but using prescribed eyes drops that are also irritating and costly without real benefits. So nothing to lose to try these supplements. I took one pill a day and after 2 days ( really 2 days) my eyes are almost not dry anymore. I can open them wide and wear makeup. Also, the bags under my eyes are alors gone. I will take 2 pills a day for a month to nourrish my eyes and after I will see. Cannot tell how happy I am to have found you.
