Great little bike for the price
The bike was perfect for my grandson. The height and the build was perfect

A bit small
My daughter loves the bike. Mainly bc of the color. Some part broke while assembling but nothing that prevented us from using the bike. The size says 16” but compared to our sons 16” bike this bike seemed smaller. It looks like our daughters 12” bike. But she’ll be able to use it for the rest of the year. Just wish we didn’t have to buy another one next year.FYI- we adjust the seat and handle and it was still a bit small

Customer service is definitely lacking!
Bought two bikes. Both had issues. Called customer service. The disgruntled employee that took my call just kept repeating herself, giving me two options. Either take the bike apart myself and take a bunch of pictures and videos to prove their product is defective, or just return it. I tried explaining that it’s kind of messed up that I am waisting my time taking these bikes apart and making videos, she didn’t care, that’s when she just finally told me to return the bike to Amazon! Definitely not the greatest customer service.

Don’t waste your money
For $130 you’d expect at least descent quality. Frame is crooked, wheels are crooked, bolts to tighten the handle bars are too short to go into aluminum threads, so 2 of them don’t even grip anymore. Better off with Walmart bike for $60

Don’t Buy
Both rims and tires are warped. If you take both tires off the rim they don’t even lay flat. The bike frame looks nice but with warped rims the hand brakes won’t work.
