Fel-ProES 72833 Grommet Set

I PURCHASED THESE FEL-PRO GROMMETS A MUST IF YOU REPLACE THE VALVE COVER GASKETS' ON ANY VEHICLE THAT REQUIRES THESE GROMMETS' AS IF YOU USE THE OLD GROMMETS' YOU COULD AND VERY WELL WOULD HAVE A LEAK IN THE VALVE COVER AND ALL THAT WORK WOULD BE FOR NOT. I JUST REPLACED THE VALVE COVER GASKETS' ON MY VEHICLE AND THIS VEHICLE REQUIRED THIS GROMMET SET (SIX) 6 ON BOTH VALVE COVERS' AND (1) ONE FOR A SPARE. TO INSTALL JUST REMOVE THE OLD GROMMET AND REPLACE WITH THE NEW ONE AND JUST REPLACE THE VALVE COVER AND INSERT THE BOLT AND GROMMET THAT SLIDE'S ONTO THE BOLT AND SCREW INTO THE BOLT HOLE AND ONCE YOU HAVE ALL THE BOLTS' AND GROMMETS' INTO THE BOLT HOLES' TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS' JUST SNUG AND FOLLOW A PATTERN FROM RIGHT TO LEFT AND CONTINUE TO TIGHTEN UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL THE BOLTS AND GROMMETS' TIGHTEN. THE FEL-PRO GROMMETS ARE BLUE IN COLOR AND ARE VERY EASY TO USE AND ARE A GREAT ITEM TO BUY TO COMPLETE THE OVERHAUL OF REPLACING THE VALVE COVER GASKETS' WORTH THE PRICE AND PLEASE DO NOT USE THE OLD GROMMETS' AS THE COST OF THE NEW ONES ARE WORTH IT. FEL-PRO IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND WELL WORTH THE COST OF DOING A JOB WELL DONE.........

These dont come with valve cover gaskets.replace them to do it right

Good quality replacement grommets for the rocker covers on a 3.8L General Motors Engine. It's good practice to replace these as well when replacing the rocker cover gasket. I wish they were included with the gasket set itself, but they must be purchased separately from the Fel-Pro VS50080R Rocker Cover Gasket Set.

Bought these to replace grommets on a GM 3800 Series II engine in a 1998 Buick LeSabre. Fits fine, and you get two extra ones in the package (14 total).These are actually blue colored, not brown. I think it looks better that way. The image for this product needs to be updated.

Installed on 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT1. If you're replacing the grommets, why not also replace the valve covers since you're there! Since I was replacing the valve cover gaskets I was told these grommets needed to be replaced as well. Let’s just say they work.Love the blue color!
