Easy to apply, even at 67!
Didn't know how this product would work because of the mixed reviews. I'm 67 years old and could easily put on with a roller. Easy on these old knees and back. This was for a basement floor so I needed to paint the edges. It actually went on better than some paints I've used. I would highly recommend. As far as waterproof, I'll see you in the spring!
