We bought this item for a gift for my daughter's birthday and almost sent it back, but my husband worked with it and it loosened up a bit, so its okay. I immmediately emailed the Seller, Lablevalue, with the details of my dissatisfaction. Since I have never been dissatisfied with any Amazon product before, I was happy to find how easy it is to access correspondence to a Seller on Amazon and upon contacting Lablevalue, "Wah-lah" a replacement product soon arrived in the mail. Unfortunately, the 2nd wallet also had spots. I emailed Lablevalue for the 2nd time. They were soooooo wonderfully responsive to my problem and had requested I call their Customer Service team. I did and I was taken aback by how nice they were. In today's world, it can be difficult for a consumer to be heard. The Lablevalue representatives explained that the problem seemed to be with a particular color lot. They offered me a different colored wallet of the same product and expeditiously sent the THIRD wallet to me, PLUS all the postage-paid shipping so that I could easily return all 3 wallets, or 2 (if I liked the black one). The black RFID wallet arrived yesterday and I am very happy with it. The product meets all my needs (and I love the little coin purse inside it). But more than that, I am SO PLEASED with the INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED with this purchase and all following transactions!!!
