Incredible!
Incredible product, the sound quality is great over Bluetooth and the range is unbelievable. There’s also very little delay in the playback, so watching videos are no issue with the audio syncing nicely. The whole unit is so small which was very important for my space, yet performs well. I’m not an audiophile but I can definitely say the average consumer would be thrilled by the output, and not to mention the value for money over the competition.

Great power, lovely device
I love this thing, and can't believe how loud it is! So one thing to mention is that you can't get the full 300w of power with the supplied power supply (32v) - they sell a 48v one I think on Amazon if you need that. Yet, the room I am in is 5m by 3.5m, and I don't think I'll ever push the thing past 1/2 way. Most of the time, considerably less than that. So the above does not bother me. It is powering some Cambridge Audio SX-50, and collectively they sound amazing! I briefly had some Edifier active speakers before this (cheaper, but not by that much), but sound comparison wise, there's no contest. So this is a pretty simple device - no remote, and not a lot going on controls wise, but having the two inputs (one physical, and the other bluetooth) is perfect for my needs. And the manual treble and bass are useful at times too. I've not got a sub plugged into this - for my needs, I don't think I need it (the speakers are pretty good without), so can't comment on that, but may add something in the future, so good to have the option. I'm using this for armature music production, and also for listening to music as I work, and its great for both!

Give it time to burn in then its 5 stars
Used as a desktop system with Mp3 player (wired) and a soundblaster dongle from my laptop. I have a set of vintage Canton 4 ohm speakers that are efficient connected with banana plugs and pure copper wire. I am using the 32v supplied power supply. I almost returned this as when I first started using it the treble range sounded distorted and overall the amp sounded thin. Fast forward to around 20 hours use and the little Fosi is revealing itself to be a very capable unit. The separation, clarity and reserves of power are now all evident. The control through the range is now very good , excellent bass and clear treble. The tone controls work well allowing acurate amounts of adjustment if needed. Connection: Sorry I don't use bluetooth but I expect it works well. The 2 phono sockets are fine to use with whatever you plug in. The 3.5mm pre out: Disappointed with this it would not send anything to my powered sub, not a deal breaker but research on the net shows this is a common complaint. Fosi should have put a dedicated sub out for this. The build quality is fine and with the 32v supply only ever gets slightly warm. I have also read that the alternative 48v supply causes the amp to run quite hot. The output for me is enough and I can listen clearly in the room away from my desk. Apart from the issue with the pre-out I can still give 5 stars due to the overal qualities of this little amp.

Neat amplifier with remarkable sound
This amplifier is supplied with a 160 watt power supply so don't expect the full capability of power output from the chip. However, it produces more power than I'll ever need, I'm assuming approx 80 watt per channel. I'm impressed with the sound and the ability to play around with the preamp chips. The Bluetooth works with surprisingly good sound to my ear.

Brilliant Budget Audio
Having had a few different hifi setups in my time, I am pleasantly surprised by this latest purchase. I'll list some pros and cons and then give a bit more information about this Fosi Audio amplifier. Pros: - Size: I have a Denon amplifier and Mission bookshelf speakers. The Denon amplifier is amazing, but it's large and I haven't had enough space to put the amp and speakers together on a surface. It's probably the main reason I bought this product. It means I can still use my lovely mission speakers, and the speakers and Fosi amp all fit on a surface I have free. - Sound: If you are getting this, having never had a proper amp+speakers hifi setup, it's probably going to blow you away. The sound quality is very impressive for such a small unit. Having the treble and bass controls are a nice touch. Pair this little amp with some decent speakers and you'll be happy. For the price and considering the size, it's wonderful. - Bluetooth: Nowadays, for the sake of convenience, I use Bluetooth for my music often. Music does sound very good simply streamed from my phone through Bluetooth to the Fosi unit. There is an RCA out for any peripherals (such as a turntable or cd player etc). I haven't had any issues using the Bluetooth. -Build: The unit is made of metal. I've read some reviews mentioning the switches felt cheap or loose....maybe I'm lucky, but mine is fine. Great build quality and sturdy controls and ports. Cons: I can't really think of any. My Denon amp is a fair bit better than this unit in terms of sound and power output, but buying a new amp similar to my Denon unit would cost in excess of £300. And there isn't exactly a huge difference between them. This amplifier got my wonderful Mission speakers back into action and since I've had the amplifier, it's made listening to music really exciting again. I'd say it's good enough for bedrooms or small living rooms. If the room you have it in is particularly big, you may need something a little more powerful. Having a remote control would have been a nice addition. Ultimately, im really impressed with this. It's a quality audio product for not much money. Pair it with some quality speakers and you won't be disappointed.

Great amp
Great little amp. Sounds just as good as a more expensive separate. I use it with old passive Sony speakers and a turntable. The Bluetooth works well. To activate the RCA connectors just disconnect the Bluetooth. Bargain

I have re-entered the hifi hobby after retiring. After giving a good number of components from my music/surround system to family a few years ago, I wanted to find an economical way to drive my remaining Polk tsi100 surround speakers. Could I turn them into a nice 2 channel sound system in our sunroom... Yes! This Fosi audio tb20a pro along with a recently purchased Wiim Mini streamer and SMSL SU1 DAC, result in sound coming out of my Polks beyond what I thought possible. I am writing this while listening to George Shearing with Nat King Cole. The bass response is clear, unruffled or veiled. The midrange is clean and nicely separated at the lower end from the bass. Treble is crisp but not harsh at all. I am frankly amazed at what my old "surrounds" are capable of bringing to my ears, which are very good with no loss at any level from a recent audiology screen. The Wiim Mini has a 10 channel EQ. This, in combination with the remarkably capable DAC and this wonderful amp, give this reenergized hifi nerd great options in varied music genres. 2 channel rocks! Update December 2024. I switched the op amps to Sparkos dual discreet SS3602. even at 30% off these op amps cost more than the amp at full price. Worth it? Absolutely! Instrument separation and clarity actually increased and some slight increase in depth of sound stage is heard. Several speakers added to the collection as well! All Polks, some old as well as the ES15's on black Friday. This has become a blast and products like this Fosi and the Wiim mini and SMSL SU1 DAC allow for amazing sound! Final update 2/1/25: with the addition of the 48volt 5amp GaN power supply and the Polk ES15's returned (wonderful speakers) and replaced by Elac debut 2.0 b5.2's because of their remarkable clarity (let them break in!) and finally the addition of the Topping p50 linear power supply, my system is far beyond what I thought was capable at this tier. The point of my final update is this. If you are building a modest system as I did, realize that this amp is very scalable and if combined with other components that are also scalable, a stunning system can be had and built over time as budget allows. For that reason, I enthusiastically recommend this very scalable amp!

This is a honest review of FOSI BT20A PRO. After trying a few Inexpensive yet good class D amps, I decided to go for the fosi bt20a pro, as its based on Tpa3255 and has the bluetooth & rca connection options (till 6.months back there were too few BT amps from fosi or aiyima) Here is my review Build : Pretty solid, everything is upto the mark, the aluminium used high grade anodised one, no creaks and squeaks anywhere when you hold the amp. All the three knobs (bass treble and Volume) are sturdy but somehow the one I got had a kinna wobbly volume knob, dunno if it's just me or this is the way it is. The back connectors and sockets are placed pretty close to each other but with some small maneuvering everything can be pushed, tied and fixed. Accessories There comes a bluetooth antenna the standard one & decent enough, which you have to add yourself. POWER SUPPLY : the amp is rated to work from 24v to 48v power supply but is shipped with a Fosi branded 32V 5A one.. It does what is expected of it and the output is sufficient..(at lest fir my use case scenario is more than enough) The wire provided with the power supply adapter is of adequate length, the block and wires all look decent and feel study enough . Checked its voltage and it does produce what is claimed 32.4V to 32.5V. Functionality.. Bluetooth connects in a jiffy and the coverage is good. Kinna tricky sometimes to get the connection changed but by and large it's easy to switch from BT to RCA There is also a socket of 3.5mm pre out at the back which can be used to supply signals to an active subwoofer which is awesome in my view... But I don't think I ll ever need that because the amp giving enough thump already with the pair or my Sony passive speakers. This same socket can be used to connect this amplifier as a preamp to another amplifier if you want.. ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING : The amp comes with replaceable op amp chips, (which require the user to remove the screws and slide out the motherboard and then chnage the op amp chips) the more enthusiastic audiophiles who like to experiment with different sound signatures can change them according to their preference.. FOSI has suggested a number of op amp chips that one can try after purchasing them from market or from online.. (there a few available at Amazon India as well) In my personal view it is sounding pretty good as it is so for majority of users there is absolutely no need to experiment with the op amp chips. Audio quality Please note I use my SONY BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS with this.. The one which came with my Az2d music system they have a kind of plasticky cone hence the bass is pretty tight and I love that. Via Bluetooth it sounded pretty decent (please note I use Spotify with highest streaming audio quality on an iPhone) Through RCA I stream via my Google chromecast audio and the sound is fantastic. Over all its pretty loud, the tone knobs do a good job and the best part is there is a neutral point for both bass and Treble exactly in the center so you get a good reference point.. The low freq response is awesome which is genuinely deep and tight, the high freq are pretty good too but may be a bit more wanting like 10% lesser than the bass response... But that's just me... Over all it has played everything nicely that I have thrown at it... Mids are pretty good ( as you are to manage the mids via your preamp etc, you can further enhance them as well) Be it the jazz, or Bollywood music, or ghazals by Mehdi Hassan and Live Indian Classical renditions in both vocal and instrumental, it played everything nicely (of course you have to adjust the knobs according to the type of music as well as the source quality) Edit : after using for more than a month I can say the sound is pretty neutral and with a wide stage, the high frequencies need a tad extra kick for my liking so I am trying to arrange a preamp now to boost the quality further.. But one thing is for sure, via Google chromecast audio (which technically means that there is a proper DAC before the RCA input (as the GCA has a dedicated DAC in it) this thing just sounds so great.. Please note : type of drivers (speakers) plays another huge role so please use atleast half decent ones with these... All in all I am pretty happy, would have loved a fully functional remote and a knob to manage the mids too (I know that's tricky) Would have loved to have couple of more connectivity options like optical etc but I know I will never use them so doesn't matter, but having them would have been great even if just for academic purposes... In the end I can safely say that its a pretty good small package Would highly recommend it as tpa3255 chip perfoms extremely well and with its implementation on the fosi board it produces very loud audio without much distortion... There is no hissing or clicking when the amp is idle and it doesn't get hot (that much) as well.. Thanks

It seems that I got a particularly broken unit, in which the Bluetooth module caused an annoying crackling and buzzing sounds. The manufacturer's support team was simply professional and I was positively surprised by the level of understanding and support I received.
