Not useful and not actually laminated
I tried using these, but it seems like they just chose exercises at random and stuck them on the posters. They aren't good as routines, and considering we shouldn't be using a foam roller on our IT band, I wonder what other exercises they put on these that shouldn't be done. Also, many non-weights posters have exercises that require hand weights. It seems that the ball on the ball poster is mostly just a prop for when you are using hand weights and doing the things you can do without the ball. The pictures of the exercises were sometimes hard to tell what it was trying to indicate also, so I ended up guessing a lot. The informational poster of the muscles in the body and all was the most helpful thing in there to me, but it's not worth $40, especially when none of these are actually laminated. Also, the tube isn't quite long enough and when you try to put the end it it's almost impossible to do without bending the edges of the posters. Also, I tried wrapping the posters the other way around the tube and then laying them flat and it just didn't work for getting them to be flat. I've not gotten them flat yet and they've spent well more than twice the amount of time recommended since I did it once their way, then did it again and even left them under the books for a couple days--no good, still didn't work. I'm probably going to return these. I don't mind them not being completely flat, and they are attractive enough to put on the wall, but I just don't find them useful. I guess I should have just ordered the more expensive ones from another company.

Very nice.
Love these so much. I had to buy loctite putty so they’d stick to the concrete walls, but they’re great. The only thing is when u take them out u need to roll them back around the container it came with to flatten them...BUT that’s not how I did it. All I did was lay them all down and sit my weight plates on them until I was happy with how flat they would stay when I removed them.**People are complaining about them not being laminated. I’m no expert in that, and they have like a laminated look (shine I guess u could say), so it looks fine to me. As long as they don’t tear if I ever had to remove them, or in general, I’m good. They’re thin so I suppose they could be easily damaged, but no issues here.

Item did not appear to be laminated - didn't even unroll them
As soon as I took them out of the cardboard protective tubing (I know why now they had this extra shipping protection) I saw immediately that they were paper thin by looking at the ends of the posters still in their rolled up position.I felt the very paper thin texture, and assumed I didn't read the add correctly - I thought they would be laminated as one would expect lamination to be - durable, able to roll up and unroll in a sweaty gym environment. So I just put them back into their cardboard roll tube and processed a refund.I then saw the listing claiming these were laminated - well, if they were, it was very very paper thin lamination.

Very helpful and lots of good material.
These workout posters are perfect for my [tiny home gym] needs! I just started working out more and making slow changes to healthier lifestyle and these help me know different workouts to target certain areas on my body. I especially appreciate the poster that show you the different muscles and how you can specify the movements to make sure you are getting the best work out. The posters come rolled up in a heavy duty cardboard roll. And I appreciated that they added instructions on how to flatted the posters out. Follow those directions and within a few hours you will have flat posters. I did take off a star because as I was taking the posters apart to start the flattening process, I noticed the lamination was already coming apart. I live in a small studio with and even smaller home gym, however I was able clip two side by side perfectly. I plan on changing the posters out with different workouts.

They make the gym look authentic
Some of the exercises are very difficult to understand and are small to look at from the floor, but only for a beginner. I think if you continuously used these, you wouldn't even need them. They are perfect for my kids who we're trying to get into being health conscious and physically fit. The full body poster is great to teach them their muscle groups and target areas.

Great exercise charts with a wide variety
These are great exercise charts, in a wide variety. They are clear and easy to read. They come in a sturdy cardboard tube and are large enough to put up on a will to read from a distance. The only hitch is they are so sturdy and curled that they just will not lay flat! You really need a frame, or a wall you can tape them to, to use them. I uncoil them to get an idea of what I want to do. OK fine. However over a period of weeks the curl just will not "relax". That's not so much a ding as an irritation - so 4 stars. A more flexible material would rate it 5.

Not Really Laminated
I specifically bought these because they called them out as laminated and the idea was to mount them on a flipboard for easy use. Unfortunately laminated posters and printed on glossy paper are not the same thing. The posters came tightly rolled and there is virtually no way of doing what I needed to. The product photo showing the person sitting with the poster extended on the floor is especially misleading, as I don't see any way of flattening the poster outside of some kind of frame or mounting to a solid backing of some kind. Unfortunately disappointed.

Resourceful, informative, laminated posters.
This is a great resource for anyone needed some ideas to workout. I bought these to place in my closet and pull out when I need some ideas to workout when I’m at home. With Covid it’s not as easy to get to the gym so these are great to keep in shape. I have bands, dumbbells, a ball, and a kettlebell and you don’t necessarily need all those tools because you can definitely improvise as well. They are high quality. Nicely laminated. Large and very informative.

Informative, good looking set of gym posters.
These are a great set of posters. I haven't put then yet, as I'm still flattening them out. Having seen reviews regarding them curling up, I have taken nearly 4 days keeping them in a flat pressed position. They are coming along nicely. My advice is to take time in getting them flat before pouring them up. They are really informative, and look great.

LET’s get physical
The laminated posters are filled with great information and everything I need to do my workouts. They are easy to read, well organized and good quality. I have not posted a picture yet because, I have them under some large books to flatten them out. They were rolled up in the shipping package so it will take a little bit to get them flat. They are very nice so I will hang them in my gym with a frame. Teresa

Extra foam roller one
Love that it has the foam roller one (the 10-pack doesn’t have that). The muscle group one is a nice bonus.
