I used this to wrap the handles of my little picnic basket—its handles were left a little rough. It was a cheaply made basket, not sanded or polished, which was okay and to be expected. I could always sand and paint a finish, but wrapping this cotton rope over it makes it look a bit more interesting and feels nicer. I have plenty left over if I ever need to replace it, so overall, satisfied with this.

Using for macrame crafts

I actually used it to tie a canvas around my Christmas tree for storage so not a very artistic use. It worked well and is very strong and made the job easy.

I really love this rope. It is perfect for all my summer crafts. I wrapped the rope on a wire wreath for nautical look.It doesn’t fray or come apart like others, I’m very pleased with it,
