Browne (575518) 12" Footed Pan Grate

I purchased this for the convection oven in my RV. It fits perfectly and I have used it to make a frozen pizza a couple of times. I would recommend cleaning it right after use, before the food gets crusty because of the way it's made, it can be hard to clean (food gets stuck where the metal wires come together). Easily resolved by wiping down after it cools off or by soaking in water afterwards. For the price, I am happy with it.

This fits nice in my microwave/air fryer. The only problem is, since it doesn’t have rubber feet it will not work for the speed cook feature that uses both microwave and convection cooking. It will spark. I kept it because it is easy to clean and will use it for air frying only.

Perfect for frozen pizza’s

I put this in my canner on the rack. It keeps my smaller jars from tipping and touching the side of the canner. I just find that it makes the jars more secure.

Bought for a big pot I use for canning. Have used it twice and it's starting to rust

I really like it and the size is great, but I do wish it was just a little higher. It's almost like sitting it directly on the table.

I bought this to use inside my pressure canner to steam pumpkins to make pumpkin puree. I set it on top of a few jars filled with water, and the pumpkin just stacks up on top of it nicely for steaming. Just what I was hoping it would do. (I used to criss-cross a bunch of kabob skewers over the jars to hold the pumpkin, but they would sometimes move or get soft in the steam and break This is much better!)

this product came up in a search i did for a canning rack. I wanted a flat rack without handles for my big canning pot, so this looked great. problem is it rusted terribly immediately after putting it in the water, which makes it unsafe for sanitizing jars. maybe it's okay if you don't get it wet... it's certainly sturdy, though it doesn't sit flat which is annoying. in any case, it is not suitable for use with water because it rusts quickly and intensely. after two uses it was so discolored that I threw it away.
