Have had this for four months and have had zero issues. I’ve used the blue 5 pin and the 9 this seller has and a adjustable 9 pin version. I think I have better results with the blue 5 2mm pins. The pins are hollow so it places the meso products blow the surface.If you are using hyaron set to 3cc, dose, 100ul, speed 2, and use speed 3 for easy bruise areas like around the nose. This setting you will use one 2.5cc per side of face. I do numb with a 10% Korean numbing cream for a half hour first. Doesn’t matter if you numb even an hour, the area around the nose will still smart pretty good.A key point to remember is the speed is how long the vacuum is held. 1 is long time and 5 is a short time. If you are having product loss try lowering the speed, lowering the amount, or make your pins longer if you are using an adjustable head. The first time or two using this gun make sure you use something cheaper like hyaron and not your expensive bio revitalizers.I contacted the seller and they sent me a pdf of the instructions in English.

I love this device. I use it for Mesotherapy! Although the directions were in another language, a quick YouTube video is all that was needed to get me started (Nicole Nie- EZ Injector operation instructionwith 3 languages was beyond easy to follow and shows how to adjust the dosage, injection depth, in addition to syringe size!). I charged it over night to ensure a full, strong charge. I personally preferred using it as a 'gun' vs using it more like a 'pen.' I did order additional 5 point needle cartridges (it only comes with 1 cartridge) from Viana Care (ALWAYS use a coupon code to save $-I used JEN10). I also watched Natural Kaos to see how to put the tool together when injecting Hyaron (again- purchased thru Viana Care... Although AceCosm is considerably cheaper for the Hyaron-make sure to use a coupon code-JEN10-however there's others to use too.... That one is just easier for me to remember lol). Overall this is an EXCELLENT price for the device!!!! I'M EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE! I hope you find the above review and information valuable 😁

I used right away but it only came with one 5neddle cartridge. I did not know and will have to wait another month for the extraneedles. This time I ordered the 9 needle cartridge as the reviews say it is less painful...oh yeah this gun is painful. You better numb your areas of treatment for a good hour prior. Instructions are in Korean but there are several Youtube videos that will show you how to assemble and use.

I loved this when I purchased this in September 2020.I have used this 3 times. The 4th time I got my PRF prepared and the suction was not working! I have tried to troubleshoot the issue. I have been very good at changing the filter and hose. Still I’m just SOL because the return window is only 4 months!!! So please choose wisely. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. I’m thinking I’m just going to meso with a single needle ( old school.... lol ) until I get the whim to throw my money away again.

Worked fine, but ... it was to expensive and you could not adjust the length of the needles.

Ordered one and it dies after first use. Ordered second and came broken already.

It is strange because syringe was sealed but there was clearly moisture in it. I didn’t not receive 2 fixed syringes I only got 1 and I did not receive the 9 syringe as written in the product description. I am not sure if I should return or not. Thinking it over.

No instructions and ALL paperwork is Chinese writing.
