I have had several of these canes. I have lost several over the years by leaving it leaning against my car, or at the store in a shopping cart. My bad! The product is durable; it should easily last several years if you #1 don't lose it like me and #2 keep a fresh rubber tip on it. I push down pretty hard on my cane and the handle has a soft rubber grip that doesn't flex too much and it helps make my hand and wrist more comfortable. I have severe stenosis of my lumbar spine and I am bent forward when I walk. My cane helps me to straighten up. Sometimes, if I know I'll be walking a lot, I use 2 canes and it helps me even more. I like the way my canes swing as I walk. I have tried some canes that have a larger, 3 pads footprint, but they take a lot more effort from my wrist to try to get them to swing as I go. The Carex cane I use reminds me of the ski poles I used to use that were designed to swing quickly because of the balance and light weight. These canes give me the support I need and their light weight and strength are a huge plus for me.

I have been using this cane every day for the past year. It's worked well for me, held up through daily use, and is comfortable to grip. The hand grip has not worn out at all and is better quality than the one I used prior. I am able to retract it and attach it (with accessories sold separately) to my walker or wheelchair when needed, so I can bring it with me when I need multiple different mobility aids, so it's convenient to bring around. I also store my keys on the end, so it's really convenient that I don't end up forgetting them when I leave home. Aesthetically I love the color too. For the price it was really worth it, I paid only about $16 for it, and it's still going strong after a whole year. The bottom can wear out though, so a replacement piece may be good to get after heavy usage of a few months to a year. It probably depends on your needs and how much you use it. The strap is really useful for hanging onto it when trying to juggle other items like a wallet or phone.

I have used a cane since 2000 after car accident I had them all! This one has a great handle is not foam which does not last very long! It is not hard plastic which in Alabama gets sweaty! Love the color! It was easy to adjust!

It is light weight, and easy to adjust the height. The tip doesn’t slip on hardwood floors.

This is a strong sturdy cane to use. It comes in colors, which makes it more fashionable. I have three of these canes. One for each car and another in the home.

This is my third purchase of this item. I keep one by each door and one in the car. They’re great for travel as they retract to a small size on the airplane and just tuck into the seat pocket.

Good grip, durable and sturdy, but a bit heavy

El mago aleman es el más cómodo, el agarre es suave y no se resbala. El color azul es precioso, es jaspeado con negro y luce muy bonito. Los niveles de ajuste son bastante cómodos y fáciles de establecer, es resistente, no es ruidoso al caminar. El inconveniente es precisamente cuando no se usa, si lo recargas se cae y traer la correa en la muñeca hace que golpees con el bastón mientras maniobras con la mano. Sugiero que para este tipo de mango compren un sujetador de bastón para escritorios, sí, resultan más costosos que el propio bastón, pero es muy funcional.

Feels sturdy but not heavy. The handle rubber isn't super duper soft but I don't mind as I find the softer ones degrade faster. The collapse/detent issue mentioned in some reviews does not seem to occur in my cane unless the collar is screwed down *before* the detent is fully engaged. this is also the first cane I've had where the locking collar actually works so that's nice. The branding is also relatively easy to remove which I appreciate as I do not believe in turning disabled people into walking advertisements. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
