Poorly made and didn’t work.
Tool would not fit over the shift shaft. I had to file the edge off of the tool to get it over the shaft then it would not grab hold of the seal to remove it. Cheaply made and doesn’t work. Same with the installer tool. Don’t buy this tool

Sounds good but does not work
Total waste of money. Used on a 700r4 but will not thread into the seal. Needs more taper on the end.

Tool broke and left metal chips behind the seal I was trying to remove.
Tool broke first try. The metal is very brittle so it ended up just chipping pieces off in the seal I was trying to remove. I then had chips of metal inside of the shaft seal. That is not ideal. I ended up using a center punch and sheet metal screws to get the seal and metal chips out.
