can sx5000 be applied to a damp driveway?

No, the SX5000 cannot be applied to a damp driveway. Oil/solvent based materials will not absorb into or below water or moisture. It is very important for the surface and sub-surface to be completely dry. We usually recommend the surface to be dry for several days before applying the SX5000. Final note: the afternoon is the best time to apply, this will ensure morning condensation/dew on the concrete will have had time to evaporate before applying the SX5000.

Will this product seal hairline cracks for a rooftop concrete slab?

It depends on the size of the cracks and condition of the roof. You may need the 100% solids variation. I would suggest sending pictures to a Foundation Armor technician.

What is the difference in properties in between SX5000 solvent based and SX5000 WB water based product?

The Armor SX5000 and Armor SX5000 WB contain the same chemical composition. The only difference in the chemical is suspended in solvent with the SX5000, and in water with the SX5000 WB. We offer both to satisfy all customer preferences. The Armor SX5000 WB is preferred by most customers simply because it doesn't have an odor, and doesn't require any special application equipment. As far as life and performance, they are identical.
