Great quality my only disappointment is that they are slightly large . If starting from scratch no issue just raise your bracket . The 2 inch size has lowered my baskets and as the are over a stable block I can’t raise the height of the hook . The baskets look quite a bit lowerThe swivel design is good

I gave large baskets, 18", that are ver heavy and these hold them. One of the things I like is that they rotate easily for watering and also move round with the wind rather than the baskets blowing. I am more than happy with these.
