I am using this patch on the inside of a baseball glove to cover a tear and abrasion. So far it has worked great and the adhesion is much better than expected considering the surface it's covering isn't smooth (it's worn and fabric-like). If you're using on a smooth surface, I'm sure this would work exceptionally. I'll definitely be purchasing more when the need arises!

This is a fabulous product and I am very pleased with my purchase. My couch was a gift for my late husband and I was disappointed to see an area on the armrest had become worn and unsightly. This repair kit fixed the area easily and beautifully. My history with do-it-yourself repairs is spotty at best, so I was hesitant to try something that required my input. But the patch was the perfect solution and, better still, easy to apply. You can see from the before-and-after attached photos that the couch now looks great!

The patch applied easily to the leather seat in my F150. It’s been in use approximately 45 days and is holding up well at this point. The colors you see on Amazon, at least on my iPhone XR, aren’t the exact shade in person. My sole intent was to keep the cut from spreading, so matching my leather wasn’t of high concern. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is that the patch hasn’t been used long enough to test durability, and the only reason I’m rating this after only 45 days is because of emails bugging me to do so. ** Note that I purchased this item and have not been paid or rewarded to rate it. **

Looks great, feels like leather. So far sticks amazing will update review in a few months.Update : lasted well over two years before flaking! Well worth the price.

I purchased this product because I had two small tears on the seat of my office chair. The tears would poke me behind my leg when wearing shorts, so I was considering purchasing a new chair. I saw this product and decided to purchase one to see how it worked out. It did the job so well on the first tear that I purchased a second one for the other tear. The material is very soft and smooth; it feels very comfortable to the skin. Note the adhesive on the back of the product is not very strong, so I purchased a Tear Mender product which I saw on other reviews. This combination worked perfectly. Very satisfied with this product.

Used it on my car seat. Worked perfectly all winter. As soon as summer came around the adhesive melted, and it fell off. It left behind a sticky mess that got on my pants every time I got in the car for a month.

This works well, but with the dots on the front, it appears to look like a band-aid. I'm not sure who would be interested in paying this much money to fix something, and then to have it look like a visible band-aid to call attention to the fix. We have it in the middle of our nice black leather couch. This company does make other ones that don't have the dots on them--I might recommend going for that.
