bought this it is imposible to work out no proper instructions supplied no videos on youtube to look at it is big and clumsy sent it back could not even set the machine up as it kept asking for a password and there was nothing at all about passwords in the little bit set up information supplied soft ware was very difficult to use I would not recomend it

Could include more written instructions regarding blade placement but all works as expected once I figured out I was cutting to fast and to heavy for the vinyl I was using! User error though as the cutter works fantastic once you’ve got the hang of it.

Seams pretty good quality machine for the price, only thing that caught my attention was the instructions stated there should have been a catchment basket underneath the unit, this was not included in the box but also not mentioned in the listing. Overall pretty impressive so far.

Amazing easy to set upI would highly recommend for the price...Bare in mind it's quite a large piece of equipment.

This cutting machine does an excellent job, however I had to buy cutting mats to stick my vynal to so that the vynal had some grip because without the mat the vynal moved all over the place. So if buying this machine I suggest also buying the cutting mats.

Set up and use easy

This is very good cutter for basic use not very good for more intricate designs or small text.

Everything there you need instructions are ok , it’s a bit noisy, software is not to difficult, had a Roland which is quite simple to use this is a little more difficult but more add ons . Time will tell , got the added warranty
