I planned to put it in a stuffed animal for my granddaughter. Only, you can screw the key on and off. I've been hesitant to put it inside the stuffed animals because I do not want my granddaughter to remove the key and possibly lose it and worse to swallow it. My husband suggested putting some glue on it and gluing it to the music box. For right now, I just let my granddaughter play with it out of the stuffed animal under my supervision.
