Really nice product. Only downside is that kids change the channel on the walkie talkie accidentally and then have to reset it

Good sound even at distance
The 'on' button comes on too easily so battery drains whilst in bag for travel. Otherwise lovely to play with and sound quality is good for kids even at distance

Awful quality
Ordered this on July 12th, and opened it on my daughters birthday today 21st August. Both sets of included batteries were flat, and when we replaced them all, only one walk-in talkie worked. As outside the 30 day returns, can see no way to ask for replacements or refund so am having to try with manufacturer warranty. Awful service.

What a range...
Robust, well made and no nonsense. Rugged casing, easy to set up and use. I admit I was sceptical regarding the claimed range of 6 km but I have tested them at 4.5 km and the reception is superb.
