A game changer for me!
A game changer for me! It works so well on my combination & sensitive skin for blackheads and whiteheads. I almost used up my 1st bottle and have stocked up my 2nd bottle during Prime days. I had very clogged and large pores before and I started by using it everyday for a week or so, and reduced down to once every 2 or 3 days. Now my skin looks so much smoother and cleaner. :) Will definitely be a part of my routine from now on! Love love love it!

True to Its Name — Cleared Blackheads Without Drying My Skin
I’ve tried a lot of BHA products, but this one is in a league of its own.Within a week of using this 2–3x a week (at night), my nose and chin had visibly fewer blackheads and less texture. No purging, no irritation — just cleaner pores and smoother skin. I follow with a barrier-repair moisturizer to keep things balanced. If you deal with sebaceous filaments, congestion, or stubborn blackheads, this is absolutely worth trying.— Oksana | The Axis Edit

Love this stuff
I love this stuff. I’ve repurchased twice since first trying it in 2021. I don’t get a ton of acne breakouts, but I do have fairly oily skin with bumpy texture and it helps with that. The main reason I use it, however, is that it really helps with my milia (small white bumps of keratin buildup around my eyes that look like whiteheads and take months to get rid of). This prevents a lot of milia (75-85%) and helps the ones that do form to go away a lot faster!

BHA + Benzoyl Peroxide + AHA = Clear skin (long detailed review)
This may sound strange, but I don't get blackheads. My pores are oily and congested, so most of my breakouts are whiteheads, or just small red bumps near the surface of my skin. So this product wasn't really at the top of my "must try" list. However, after my skin began flaring up this past summer and my usual Acne.org 16 oz. Treatment (2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide) didn't appear to be working on its own, I started doing lots of research on acne products in hopes of finally getting my skin under control.First thing you should know, this product is a chemical exfoliant because it contains beta hydroxy acid (BHA). BHAs are good at getting deep into your pores and clearing out old sebum and dead skin. The most commonly known BHA is salicylic acid, which is found in most North American acne products (and has never worked for me when used on its own). However, instead of being formulated with salicylic acid, the Coxrx Blackhead Power Liquid uses betaine salicylate, which is apparently a gentler BHA and more suitable for sensitive skin. I’ve been using this product every night for the past 8 weeks and I’ve had no issues with it…it goes on easily and doesn’t burn or make my skin feel tight, in fact, it doesn't feel like I have anything on my skin.Lastly, lots of different skincare blogs/message boards agree that after you’ve applied a chemical exfoliant, you should leave it on your skin for at least 20 minutes (or longer) in order to give it time to work on your skin. Apparently this has to do with the various pH levels of skincare products…I’m not an expert, but I’ve been following those general guidelines and leaving the Cosrx Blackhead Power Liquid on my skin for a minimum of 20 minutes before applying anything else and it seems to be working for me. (The wait time is also why I’ve been applying it at night and not in the morning, but you can apply it whenever)The second product I’ve been using in conjunction with Cosrx Blackhead Power Liquid is Acne.org 16 oz. Treatment (2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide). Benzoyl peroxide works by killing acne causing bacteria. I've been using the Acne.org benzyol peroxide gel on and off for years (another well-known brand is Paula’s Choice). The gel has a lower level of benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) which means it is gentle enough to use on a daily basis. Overall it has worked at keeping my acne under control, however, a few months ago it stopped being as effective.I decided to combine the two products together since the BHA’s clean deep within the pores and remove dead skin and sebum, while benzoyl peroxide kills acne causing bacteria. After the first day of trying this routine my acne had already begun to clear up and fade. Within a week my skin was noticeably clearer. After 8 weeks of consistent use my skin is almost totally clear. The biggest change I’ve notice is that my pores are less clogged and congested and do appear smaller. I do occasionally get hormonal acne, but as long as I leave it alone and follow the routine, it clears up quickly.Lastly, about a week ago I began incorporating Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Creme, Anti-Wrinkle Exfoliant - 2 oz to cap off my nighttime routine. Like BHA's, alpha hydroxy acids (AHA's) are chemical exfoliants that exfoliate the upper layers of your skin, which in turn reduces active acne, improves skin texture, and brightens skin. Once I started adding the AHA moisturizer to my nighttime routine my old acne scars began to lighten and fade, and my skin felt smoother. You can totally skip this part and just use a regular moisturizer, but I felt that it took my skin to the next level. So here is a breakdown of the skincare regime I've been using for the past 8 weeks as well as some of the products I have been using:Night1. Remove makeup. (Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micelle for Sensitive Skin 500 ml.,pack 2).2. Wash face with a gentle cleanser and warm water. (Cosrx Low Ph Good Morning Gel Cleanser 150ml)3. Gently pat skin dry with clean towel. Wait a few minutes for skin to get totally dry.4. Apply the Corsx Blackhead Power Liquid to my skin (I use my fingers to apply). Wait 20-30 minutes to allow it to absorb.5. Apply Acne.org Benzoyl Peroxide gel to my skin. (The amount you use varies depending on your skin sensitivity. I found that I don't need too much when I use it with the BHA). Wait 5-10 minutes for it to absorb into skin.6. Apply moisturizer. (Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Creme, Anti-Wrinkle Exfoliant - 2 oz or Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer with Broad Spectrum SPF 15 Sensitive, 6.0 fl oz (Pack of 2))Morning1. Cleanse skin with cleanser and warm water. Gently pat skin dry skin with a clean towel.2. Apply benzoyl peroxide gel as a spot treatment to any active pimples. Wait 5 minutes to allow it to absorb.3. Apply moisturizer. (Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer With Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 15 - Sensitive, 4 fl. Oz.)4. Apply Sunscreen. (La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra-Light Facial Sunscreen Fluid, Water Resistant with SPF 60, 1.7 Fl. Oz.)A few notes-*If you're going to use any chemical exfoliants (or benzoyl peroxide) you absolutely MUST USE SUNSCREEN EVERYDAY. All of these products make your skin more sensitive to the sun and increase the risk of sunburn! So make sure you're using a good sunscreen.*If you're new to chemical exfoliants start slow. Maybe applying them every other night. My skin can handle nightly use, but proceed with caution.*If you've never used benzoyl peroxide before, start with a very small amount. It can dry your skin out, causing redness and irritation when you first start using it.*DO NOT pick at your skin! I know this is a tough one (especially if you have active acne), but it's important to leave your skin alone.

I can tell the difference between before and after using this product. It made my skin smoother.

It’s Me…. Waiting for Results
I’ve been patient. I’ve been hopeful. I’ve been consistent. But babes… my pores? Still in the same chaotic state they started in.It’s not a bad product. The texture is lightweight, non-irritating, and plays well with the rest of my routine. No stinging, no drama. But also? No visible payoff. I was promised unclogged pores, smooth skin, and that sweet, sweet glow of chemical exfoliation doing her job — and instead I got a very polite serum that quietly… did nothing.Maybe she’s working behind the scenes. Maybe I’m not the target audience. But after weeks of waiting for the purge, the polish, the pore refinement? Still waiting. She’s not offensive — just kind of meh. I’ll finish the bottle, but I’m not writing her name in my skincare diary.
