Replaces factory filter on my 2009 Street Triple
Fit great, removes factory filter which has a lot of noise suppression on it. This made the intake noise sound great and will never have to replace it while I own this bike. Great cheap mod. Also don't forget to pull the intake grate from below the head lights on Triumph Street Triples. This alone gives a nice 1-2rwhp gain and a little more intake noise.

Great price and quality.
As always with Amazon the price was great. With K&N you notice a difference in sound and power right away. Don't give it a second thought, buy the best.

Fits like OEM
I was looking at making this upgrade for a while and am glad I finally did. This new filter fits just like the OEM filter. It comes pre-lubed. You have to put the o-ring from the original filter into it. The o-ring fits great in the K&N, you just need to be careful peeling it out of the original filter. My only issue during install wasn't related to this filter. Make sure to be careful with the screws when removing the original filter and reinstalling. I had 3 screws strip out/not be able to fully tighten. I had no problem getting replacement screws at the local hardware store.

Already know
If you are looking at buying this filter you probably already know about K&N and what you are getting into. The fitment was fine and the filter comes with some basic directions, but not step by step. The filter arrives already oiled, however it is in a bag so the oil gets all over the outside rubber parts so expect to wipe it off. Great part and an easy increase in performance.

Great Filter!
GREAT PRODUCT!! Amazon says that this product doesnt fit a 2010 Triumph Street Triple 675. But it does, and it is a VAST improvement over the OEM. The only thing you need to do is maintain the small rubber seal in the stock filter and put it in the K&N. If you change the filter, buy this one, you will definitely be pleased!

Long overdue
I got this Daytona 675 with only 10k miles on it and was told it was freshened up before I got it. I figured while I had the tank off to change the R/R I would change the air filter. This drops right in and I love cloth filters so kind of a no brainer.Once I got the old filter out it was apparent it was the stock filter and would help explain why this bike seemed a bit down on power as dirty as it was. I docked a star as you can see with the pixtures. A new o-ring isn't included with this filter and you're supposed to pull the original o-ring and reuse it. The original o-ring was very brittle and fell apart as I removed it. You can't get a replacement o-ring as filters just come with them so how's this supposed to work after 10+ years when Buna rubber dries out?Rather than dropping $30+ on a new paper filter just to steal the o-ring I filled the groove with RTV, let it partly set, and installed it.
