Been using for two weeks and have had a significant reduction in nausea, bowel discomfort, bloating and gas. I highly recommend the product for those who DO NOT have a gallbladder or SOD, that reduces the amount of bile flowing into the small intestine. I did not find that it gave me and heartburn or any negative side effects. I took the one capsule in the morning, and it worked well through lunchtime.
