Decent Chorizo if you can’t find fresh. I was making Paella 🥘 so this worked well.

Do not recommend , item was well past expiration date, when I received it and when I tried to cut to check the product it just crumbled and was so very dry , had a pungent odor and not edible. I am Spanish my family come from Asturias Spain and we make chorizo, and we smoke it just wanted to try something different, I will say this was my second order was to be a gift, first was fine and very good, with that being said I guess if you want it bad enough take a chance you might get an order that’s perfectly good, i will not reorder. Sorry for the not so good revue .

It’s about the diameter of a pepperoni stick, not at all similar to a salami chub. But delicious on our homemade pizzas!

Not as I remember the taste of chorizo when I lived in the French and Spanish regions of the Pyrenees on the Mediterranean. Also the casing is difficult to remove. Strange texture gets stuck in the teeth. Disappointing.
