Good customer service
The trash can came quickly. It fits the space I wanted it to in my kitchen. HOWEVER, although you can put in a 13-gallon trash bag, it doesn't hold 13 gallons of trash. It probably only holds 2/3 of that size trash bag and is extremely hard to get out of the can once it is full. The lid had a problem closing unless the trash bag is perfectly flat on the top edges. HOWEVER, the company gave me a full refund even though I was unable to return it to London as they asked me to do.
