Everything is ground to a fine consistency, and it’s such a unique flavor profile that’s balanced and works surprisingly well with everything I’ve tried it on. I’ve tried it as a rub on steak, pork tenderloin and salmon and have even used it to season my baked potato. My favorite way to use it is to simply pour a little extra virgin olive oil in a container and pour some seasoning in and rub the meat I’m seasoning in the oil and spices until the meat is well covered. Although just a small package, it goes quite far. The seasoning has red peppers but isn’t spicy hot, and it already has salt so I don’t add any other spices. While I rarely eat pork, I enjoyed this seasoning on the pork the most. I cooked it in the air fryer so the seasoning made almost a crust and it was delicious. I’m going to use the rest as a rub on turkey. The bag isn’t resealable, but a glass container would be wasteful and the less plastic the better. This seasoning is so addictive the packet won’t last too long, and in the meantime I just fold it a few times and keep it closed with a little piece of tape. I’ll definitely buy this again.
