Wouldn't use any other kind! My hair looks healthier and fuller as well as conditioned after using it.
This leave-in conditioner really works! I had never tried any type of leave-in conditioner ever before, but after reading reviews of different kinds, I decided to try this product. My hair is a little above shoulder-length, and had been frizzy and very dry from the dry weather. When I first used this product I was amazed ... not only did it get rid of the frizz and dryness, but also made my hair fuller and smoother, as well as looked healthier, and was helpful as a detangler. I wash and towel-dry my hair. The best advice that I can think to give is that when using this, is what I've learned to do: to spray it on my hands FIRST, rub my hands together, then rub it in my hair ... being careful not to let it touch the roots. ( I haven't let it touch the roots, except by accident when brushing it out evenly, because some of the reviews said that when it touches the roots it can make your hair look oily, and I didn't want to take that chance. )Personally I use 5-6 sprays (still spray in my hands first, etc) on the last 2 inches of my hair where the frizz/dryness is the most (YMMV), as well as 1-2 sprays on the top layer of hair on the back of my head (still not touching the roots though), still sprayed and rubbed in my hands first before putting it on.After I rub it in my hair, I take a brush (I use a separate brush for this part) and lightly brush my hair so the spray is evened out. I'm still careful about it touching the roots of my hair, but it isn't a huge deal to me if I am brushing it out evenly and it touches the roots. Then I let it air dry more. A couple hours later I might need 2-3 more sprays (YMMV) (sprayed in hands first etc) to put on the top layer on the back of my head if I see more frizz/dry hair. Then I brush that in evenly, "towel dry" ... except using my hands instead of a towel to "towel dry"... and by then it looks so much fuller and healthier, and MUCH less drier/frizzier. It has made a huge difference in how my hair looks!

I typically love this spray but...
This was my all time favorite leave in conditioner, detangler for my fine hair. Very nourishing yet didn't weigh it down. I've had trouble finding it in the stores, so I was happy to find it online. I don't know if they changed it, but the smell was a huge turn-off for me. What I'd used previously had a very pleasant, unassuming smell. I try to stick with unscented or lightly scented products because they do bother me. What I received did not have the same scent as what I'd purchased in the stores. It was very perfume-y.. Actually made me sneeze. I threw it out. So, not sure if what I received was just a bad item, or if they did indeed change the scent. I would purchase it again, in a store, where I could check it out, rather than buy online again...

My new fav!
For the longest time I've been searching for something to replace my Sunsilk leave in shine conditioner. It used to be called thermasilk but they changed to sunsilk. They stopped selling it in 2008 and I have been scouring the internet for expired bottles (gross, i know but i was desperate) since then. This does the same thing but better, I couldnt believe it! It totally detangles my hair! I have long wavy (mostly from damage), dry, thick, tangly hair. It's always been that way since i was a kid. My mom used to try to comb out my hair and i would always fight her and cry. Even as an adult i would wake up to new tangles in my hair or if i wore my hair down by the end of the day tangles woud just develop and i would have to pull our chunks of my hair trying to comb them out. This is great. It makes your hair tangles free for days (I wash my hair twice a week). I typically comb my hair just once in the morning and once at night before bed and i never have tangles anymore. This just keeps detangling. And it is also moisturizing but doesnt weigh my hair down. For my wavy hair it keeps my waves together and not like a poofy, frizzy lion's mane. It makes it look like beachy waves. For once I look at my hair and think i'm lucky and instead of thinking it's a curse!

Works well on my very curly hair. Non-greasy/oily.
It's nice and light, but powerful enough to work on my very curly and fine hair. I alternate between this and Paul Mitchell. I like the Aveeno because it doesn't leave me with that 'I just put a chemical on my scalp' feeling. It's easier on my skin and hypoallergenic, which is why I bought it.My only complaint is about the bottle it comes in. It is CHEAP. I've used other Aveeno products and made the same observation. They skimp on the quality of the dispensing mechanisms for lotion and for this. Its impractical to even bother spraying my hair with this. I spray it into my hands and rub it into my hair because the spray bottle sucks. The spritz isn't enough and does not cover a large enough area to be efficient. The spray button is also quite stiff to push compared to the other hair sprays/products I use.I've even unscrewed the top and poured it out. If you're practically bald or have short hair then one spray is probably adequate, but if you've got thick, curly, or very long hair it might be something to consider. Seriously, I'm pretty sure that I burn a few hundred calories everyday just from brushing my hair. And if you have any kind of dexterity issue, ie arthritis in the hands/fingers, then DON'T BOTHER. If I get a little bit of the conditioner on my fingers it makes if doubly hard to press it because it's small and my finger slips off.I've had multiple bottles of Aveeno lotion where the pump has failed at some point so I had to unscrew it to get the lotion out so I now realize that this is a systemic Aveeno problem. And I am not hard on things by any means. If this stuff came in a tube or something I would buy it again, but as it is I'll probably just stick with Paul Mitchell when I run out of this. Aveeno is a good conditioner, but not THAT good. ;-)

No moisture/just feels like spraying water
Honestly this doesn't do anything like , it doesn't moisturize my dry hair . Only positive is that it doesn't have a strong scent since I'm scent sensitive.
