If you are looking for a comprehensive reference, or introduction, to DOD acquisition business then this is it. Don't be put off by the authors being USN - they source material and examples from across the DOD spectrum. Not light reading for sure! (But then - with that title - do you expect it?).I can understand those who prefer latest website references - but the best of those are reserved for the (relative few) with US Government website access! For the rest of us, this is an ideal reference source!

Required for a course. Otherwise, save your money and use Acquisitions websites which are more accessable and up to date.
