Great for recipes.
Does a great job in my high protein ice cream mixes that need a bit more body. Will last for ages.

Good thickening properties
Used this product for the first time last night, added it to a chicken jucies and bone broth gravy and it worked a treat. Go slow as it thickens sudenly.Well worth the money, give it a go.

I haven't used the Xantham Gum yet. I've seen gluten free recipes that suggest it.It was well packaged, a good price and quick delivery.

Great for making ice cream
This is great to keep in the cupboards to make ice cream with. Highly recommend. Small packet but don’t need much so will last a while.

Very gummy and needs experimenting to use successfully
As a gluten substitute or thickening agent it is very sticky and makes a heavy consistency. I am experimenting with quantity to reduce said issues but also testing other gluten substitutes. Not clear whether all Zxantum gums are the same.

Easy to use and store
I used this in a gluten free bread recipe and the loaf turned out quite well considering it's GF! I will definitely use the products again. They are easy to store in their own packaging.

such a great thickening agent, doesn't take much so a little goes a long way, i've mainly added it to dessert dishes making them thicker and much more filling, very impressed
