I’ve used this tissue salt for a long time, and it works well.

It's a very small container and , truthfully, doesn't look there are 100 pills there They do seem to be helping, but which I was sure of the count.

No Joke! It Works! No Night 'Charlie Horse' cramps!
I've been having horrible leg cramps at night. I wake and jump out of bed about 4 or 5 times s night with 'Charlie horse' cramps in my calves, foot and toes! I've tried apple cider vinegar, quinine, salt water, Motrin, Tylenol, naproxen sodium and even aspirin before bed. All didn't work. I bought this this because I'm desperate and it was inexpensive. I maybe jump out of bed once a week now. Amazing!! I plan on buying more!!

Cramps be gone!
I keep this on hand to deal with leg cramps, at the first sign of a cramp I take a dose. It has spared me from several terrible cramps. I have used it for several years and have had the same great results.
