Shut down, won't come back on - UPDATE
After about 16 hours of play-time in an office environment, it shut off and will not turn back on. Which is sad, because otherwise it worked great.Update: Although not in any of the literature, the "reset" is to hold both of the side buttons down for more than 10 seconds. And maybe hit the reset button on the back. Or vice-versa. We tried it all and it popped back up, but the screen was locked. After powering it down and back on, it seems to be working great.Which is good, because I like this little thing. It has a small built-in speaker, so if you want to "fill the room", you'll certainly need an external bluetooth or line-in speaker.Bluetooth won't automatically connect to your speaker each time. Every time you turn on the device, you have to go into the menu and also turn on bluetooth. A bit annoying, but probably a battery-saver. I generally plug my speaker directly into the headphone jack and it works great.The buttons on the front take some getting used to, but it's not too bad.If you plug it in to charge while it's playing, it will turn off the playing feature, and you have to go restart it again.

A must have and great gift for the kids.
Great little player to take with you walking. The sound of the built-in speaker's are Crystal clear and loud. Overall it's a good value for the MP3 player.

Caught in a bootloop
It's made cheaply. Gets locked up and/or caught in boot loops. Latest one seems never-ending. No amount of hard-resets bring it back. I'm either staring at an hourglass or a blank screen. Buyer beware.

Cheap
Got it to sync with PC 1 out of 20 tries between like 3 computers. Could never get it to sync again.
