Can't buy replacement brush heads.
I've purchased many facial brushes before and after I received the first Proactiv Deep Cleansing Brush. It was free with a purchase from the Proactiv company. However, I am very disappointed that I can't buy new brush heads. So I am forced to purchase new units. I will add that you cannot use this in the shower or get it wet. The battery area is NOT water tight. It does run through batteries quickly. In answer to those who say you can go to the Proactiv site and purchase replacements...sadly you have to order more products from them, then you may be able to find replacements on their site.

This worked fine for a few weeks until I removed the brush to inspect it. After I washed my face, I notices a cut on my cheek under my eye. I looked at the brush and saw that there was a crack in it all the way from the middle to the outside, and this is what cut me. I pulled the brush off and it literally crumbled to pieces in my hand. I threw it away, then got online to get a replacement brush and .. guess what!! They don't sell just the brush head. A total waste of money.

Could be better
I like the looks of it. It's easy to pull out the brush and it's easy to operate. There are two settings: normal and fast. This could easily have been a great product, but I have two problems:One, the motor is not powerful. The lightest pressure stops the brush completely. I don't want a motor similar to a metal grinder but I want to be able to clean and exfoliate my face without stopping the device completely. Two, there are no replacement brushes offered by the same company. There are some generic brushes but I don't completely trust them.Overall, I think you're better off finding another device.

Meh. Not my cup of tea, but maybe it's yours...
For me, I want a hard exfoliator. This is extremely gentle. I would have to press down really hard to feel the deep cleansing I wanted (which isn't good for the skin). I thought it was okay until I bought a different Clarisonic-type brush. With that one, my skin purged (which I think shows it was working). With this one, my skin never did, which leads me to believe it wasn't really cleaning deep.If you have sensitive skin or want a good very gentle brush that doesn't cause after breakouts afterwards, this is for you. Just not what I was looking for.

Two Stars
Not good at all. This brush is too harsh for you face. You may think it's doing a good job but you are damaging your skin by using this.

Generally OK, Gets the job done, but could be better
The brush itself and the water resistant design are great, but the motor is very weak. If I apply even a little pressure while using this, the motor hangs up. A higher torque motor should be used to push past even a little bit of friction.

Disappointed
I had this brush before and it lasted me for years before it finally died. This lasted 2.5 months. It kept getting water into the batteries making it have a short in it and then the button to turn it on kept getting stuck.I finally died last week and i wanted to order again but i prefer my face products to not turn on me.

Too soft
LightweightWanted to use it like my Clarisonic to take off makeup and really scrub pores.Needs more power, hand scrub is better, doesn’t do much. Gave it away.
