Amazing for postpartum and self care buy more than one, it's that good!

I have no idea if this helped with my recovery more than just using regular epsom salt or warm water, but it smelled really good and put me in a good mood just from that alone. I was sad when it was empty because it smelled so good. I probably won’t keep buying it though since it’s pretty expensive for how much you are getting.

I used this in a sitz bath for postpartum recovery and it helped me heal faster than anything else! It also smells really nice and was just such a relief. I now use it for my sons baths after he gets vaccinations to relieve any soreness from the shots.

Actually not noticed how effective this is, or whether it works better than just Epsom salts which I’ve switched to since i ran out. But smells good, and I’ll take a placebo effect!

A must to have postpartum

I’ve been using that since I gave birth last week and I really enjoy it! It’s a nice way to improve my bath experience despite being really post partum at the moment. My only complaint is that you don’t get much for the price... I was told by the nurse practitioner to use 2 cups per bath... so one bag lasted a week...I’m also not sure how it compares with regular sitz bath, with all the added essences in this one but definitely a nice smell.

Smells absolutely amazing but too expensive

Didn’t think salts could make a difference. Felt relief after each bath. Doesn’t take away pain, but makes enough of a difference / improvement; will be buying after each birth.
