Awesome Clock!!!
This iHome Alarm Clock Radio is like the Swiss Army knife of bedside gadgets—it does everything but make coffee! With a Bluetooth connection to your phone and a 5W USB charging port, it’s basically your phone’s new best friend. No more fumbling for chargers in the dark or waking up to a dead battery! The color-changing feature is a total vibe. Whether you want a soothing glow to wind down at night or a pop of color to jazz up your mornings, this clock has you covered. It’s like having a personal DJ and a lighting designer in one.The speaker quality? Surprisingly decent! It won’t replace your home theater, but it’s perfect for streaming playlists or waking up to your favorite tunes. Speaking of waking up, the alarm options are a great way to set or break up a routine. Choose AM/FM radio, preselected nature sounds, or audio from your phone—because we all deserve to start the day our way.If you’re looking for a bedside upgrade that’s as functional as it is fun, this alarm clock hits the sweet spot.

Cute alarm clock with lighting
It’s a great little ambiance light, you can change how bright it is and the colors too. The brightest setting isn’t too bright so it’s great if you want some light at night. I like that it also doubles as an alarm clock and speaker. I had one as a gift about 10 years ago but it broke about 3 years ago and just recently got this replacement. I’m very happy with it. It’s not that heavy and easy to use.

Well made and a great buy
I originally saw this in a store that shall remain nameless (it had bed stuff, bath stuff and was beyond everything else) but it was priced around $80. So, I did what I always do nowadays and came on Amazon to se if they had it cheaper...and 9 times out of 10 they usually do. Well, it was $30 cheaper so I thought why not.2 Days later the item arrived and I unpacked and had it set up within 5 minutes. Paired with my phone and ready to go.Let me say that I see the ads where they have the positives and the negatives, but I do not really have anything negative to say. It is a quality product, with solid build and it does exactly what it says it should do. The color changing is soft and slow and very effective and the quality of the speaker is brilliant.Overall I am very impressed and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good alarm clock / speaker / color changing thingamajig.

Worked for 6 years & going (with a few issues)
Had this device for about 6 years now. It's perfect as a room clock, a radio, and a color changing light, but not an alarm clock that suites my needs. The device only allows for 2 alarms, either to repeat for weekday, weekends, or ever day. Unfortunately I need wakeup alarms for different times at different days, so I've been sticking to my phone alarms for the past 5 years. It's great that you can add any combo of alarm volume, lights, and sounds to each alarm, but as the yeas passed, I tend to stick with the basic alarm at half volume because it's stupidly loud. The device's internal battery died long ago, and without it plugged in, it won't work. The brightness of the clock has also started to fade in the past few years (when my room is lit up on a sunny day, the digital clock is barely visible). Some of the rgb light modes also started to have issues in the past 2-3 years as they'll stay a solid color & don't change. It's a pretty solid, the changing of the time is relatively fast (for daylight savings hours); the radio has all the usual channels, unfortunately it doesn't have am; I like that it has an extra usb port so I can charge my phone through it; the speaker is decent.Otherwise, I would like to have the battery be rechargeable (as it's plugged in), & to have the multiple rgb light modes be dimmable.

Surprisingly good sound and FM reception, many nice features
Update - after writing the glowing review below, I opened the battery case in the bottom as the low battery signal had started blinking on the display. There is a lithium disk battery included to save display info during a power loss - this one was quite corroded, as was the contact point in the device. Getting a replacement clock but still a drag.*****Had been looking for a replacement for an otherwise perfectly decent Electrohome clock radio with bad audio and increasingly bad FM reception. In spite of blue tooth and streaming gadgets galore, I still use a good old clock radio on my bedside table and listen to FM radio both morning and evening. This ihome radio out of the box had terrific sound and excellent FM signal compared to 3 other clock radios I had tested in that spot. The device is easy to set up and program and the glowing color display is fun (although too bright to leave on for sleep). In addition to the 5 different brightness settings for the display, it has alternate alarm sounds: birds, water, etc for your wake up signal, or you can use your own tunes from your attached phone. A great product, nicely designed.

Magic 8 ball alarm with tiny buttons and broken dimmer
Terrible design and flawed features. The screen is actually much smaller than pictured. It looks like a giant magic 8 ball with a tiny screen and numbers. They should have made the screen bigger. The clock dimmer resets itself in the middle of the night. So if you have it dimmed, it’ll randomly go back to full brightness waking you up.Due to the curvature, the tiny button are not in easy reach making them difficult to find and use at night, or just at all.Sound doesn’t go very high. It’s fine if you’re in the bedroom but not if you want to hear it from the bathroom or another room nearby. No date shown on the screen. My previous iHome had the date which was helpful. This does not. Even cheaper Timex and Philips ones have a date. Why, Apple? Is adding the date that much more expensive?Sound quality not as good as my previous iHome, sounds tinny.Only positive is that the time and alarm were easy to figure out.Overall, not worth the money. This is the most garbage clock I’ve bought. Highly regret buying it.I may return this if I can quickly find something better. If I were to recommend two thing to Apple:1. Make this square with easy to reach buttons2. Make available an option for a Mon-Fri alarm and one for weekend3. Fix the dimmer!
