Probably not comfortably. They were pretty snug on me when I pulled them up to mid thigh. I wear a size 9 in pants and Do crossfit 5-6 days a week.

Q: Is it a one size fits all?

I would say sort of. They are stretchy and have a small rubber lining so they don't slide down. I wear a size 7/10 in women's. They fit good for me, I have relatively fit legs.
