Schaeffer Manufacturing Co. 9003D-012S Supreme 9000 Full Synthetic Gasoline Engine Oil, 5W-30, 1 Quart

I have used used Valvoline, Royal Purple, Mobile 1 and Schaeffer's 9000. This is the ONLY OIL THAT WILL NOT BURN OFF!!!! You change your oil and when you change again, not one ounce is gone. The mark on the dipstick is the same mark as when you did your oil change. I went 6,000 miles the first change and 8,000 on the second and still not one drop burnt. I even had my samples sent in for analysis to BLACKSTONE LABORATORIES and every single time they said try to go longer they even tested the TBN which is basically the amount of additive left in the oil for Lubrication and it was spot on. My last analysis they said try 10,000 miles and send another sample! They will give you a full report of everything that is in the oil and where the values should be. I will never use anything but Schaeffer's Lubricants.

This is the best motor oil there is by far. Has the correct additives to keep your engine clean and prevent gunk and build-up. The Synthetic Oil can go up to 15,000 (not recommended), but Schaeffer oil quality stands up and beats the brand names. Saw a test with my own eyes where a rotating cylinder with Schaeffer oil and competitors was put side by side. Friction was created by a person jumping on the platform and locking the plates together. After a while, the competitors stopped rotating and smoke came out. Schaeffer synthetic oil continued to provide lubrication and the cylinder continued to rotate and did not lock in place. Simply the best and you should switch to feel and see the difference.

Engine quiet and as indicated by manufacturer after allowing engine to adjust to the new oil consumption has improved significantly!Recently switched to this full synthetic oil from Mobil 1 -Significant increase in oil consumption after first oil change. Tech support indicated this is a common problem when switching oils suggest after 3 or 4 oil changes should stabilize. Two quarts used in first 3,000 miles -very high & expensive oil consumption but high Mile vehicle so will keep monitoring and may switch back to blend? Plan to update rating after next oil changes...

first time buyer here, mechanic for 20 years and have always used mobil 1 for my personal cars. first impression is it is much clearer than any other oil i have poured and not nearly as dark in color and i have poured about every bottle out there. my car idled smoother and under acceleration felt smoother with better acceleration at higher rpm with light pedal pressure leading me to believe this oil has a lower coefficient of friction.only time and miles will tell how the added viscosity polymers will hold up, that is the part i am curious about since mobil always seems to fail and turn into thick 30 weight oil around 5k miles in my car making startups during cold weather longer harder with some valve train noise. the only reason i did not award 5 stars were due to packaging, the box of bottles i received did not have a seal on the bottle but relied only on the cap to seal them and 2 bottles leaked some oil during shipping due to the caps not being totally tight. i paired this oil with a mobil1 oil filter made by denso for longevity

I had a problem with my car for a while, until one of my friends who's a mechanic offered to troubleshoot it for free. Why not? He diagnosed the problem as piston slap, and said it could be fixed by using this oil. I have previously been using high-mileage synthetic oil, and changing it twice as often as recommended.Wow, could I be more surprised. No piston slap as soon as I put this oil in. Car runs smoother. What's more, my fuel economy went up. After reading a bit about it, it says that it will make my car last longer also. I guess I'd have to wait and see-- but I don't wanna have a car fail before I find out for sure. I decided to just to go ahead and use it in all my cars -- hence, the large quantity I ordered.

We have a 2005 F250 6.0 Super Duty and when we had some issues with it, we took it to a shop and they replaced the oil with Schaeffer Full Synthetic Diesel Motor Oil (we didn't specifically request it) and the truck seemed to run so much smoother, so I did a lot of research before purchasing this oil and was impressed. I thought I would give it a try. I decided to to use Schaffers in my 2002 Mercury Marquis and it seems to run smoother also. I plan on using Schaeffer oil in all our motorized equipment. It may cost a little more, but I figure if lengthens the life of the engines, it will be well worth it.

Don't even bother with the big 3 (mobil 1, amsoil, royal purple) the moly is a game changer I run 10k on an oil change and take a sample every time and they have always came back clean. It's a shame that more people don't know about Schaeffer oil

I've used only two other well known brands of synthetic oil, this is my third brand and am impressed so far. Swapped my oil to Supreme 9000 and I can immediately notice the results. Oil change is on 2016 Rubicon unlimited with 25k miles. The motor idles quiet and smooth, and I've noticed smooth operation throughout the RPM range. The previous oil, I can tell the engine was working harder in the higher RPM range, but that has smoothed out now. I've also noticed better responsiveness from the motor. I'll use this oil for as long as I own the car.
