This has become my go-to spatula, so lightweight with a fantastic grip that feels natural.The angled nature of the end follows the curvature of the skillet or pan allowing you to easily keep food from sticking to the sides. I love how limited the amount of heat that gets transferred to the handle is, allowing for me not to worry about leaving it on the stovetop. This kitchen utensil gets a lot of use in my house!

Don't know what to say. Words like 'absolute' 'complete' 'total' and 'failure' come close. Bought for wife who is no stranger to her way around the kitchen and an exquisite cook. Really embarrassed to even give this to her...so won't. Arrived flawed. Inconceivable how this passed quality control - or, could it have been damaged in shipping since merely sent in Amazon bubble-envelope? Don't know; don't really care. Long and short of it is have an expensive kitchen utensil that is totally useless due to defect and much to small to be a piece of furniture. Useless. Not at all happy.
