Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition headphones.
I bought these headphones to use with my Nintendo Switch & my Xbox series x consoles!, these are really comfortable to wear they’re pink & they’re cute! 😍 The battery is good on them, they connect easily via Bluetooth & if you download the app & connect them to your phone you can change the colour of the ears to any colour you want or you can have them change colour, you can also adjust the equilizer & put them in gaming mode via the app! the app is called Razer audio!, so yes these headphones do change colour if you set it in the app, the sound on these is amazing these are the best headphones & I have tried a few different headphones including turtle beach & I would say these are definitely worth the money! these ones are Bluetooth so they will connect to your switch or any Bluetooth device, they are great quality & you get a 2 year warranty with these headphones & usually you only get a 1 year warranty so these are definitely worth buying if you’re a gamer!.

Excellent Bluetooth Headphones
I was looking for headphones that I could use for both work (Teams calls) and for gaming, whilst reflecting my love of all things Kawaii, so after going through a couple of other brands and being disappointed, I decided to give these a go. I wasn’t expecting much from the work side, as my Microsoft surface pro given by work, is notoriously rubbish at handling Bluetooth headphones. Many users will know of having to deal with random disconnections, crackling sound, poor audio etc. However this is the only Bluetooth headset that my laptop seems to work in sync with. It paired instantly with my laptop, and fingers crossed has not disconnected so far. The sound is loud and clear, and after asking for feedback about how I sounded using the microphone, I was told that I sounded loud and clear. So very impressed. I’m a sucker for RGB and I like that I am able to customise the lighting (plus sound elements of the headphones such as increasing bass etc) from the apps on my phone. The RBG modes all work well, and like that I can change these quick and easily. One of the other main factors for me is comfort. Having meetings which can be an hour or longer, means with some headphones I have had before, they start to press on my ears or head, and cause discomfort. These however are a joy to wear. They are lightweight, very soft around the ears and from an aesthetic point of view, not so bulky looking, as some headphones can look a bit large! Watching films and programmes through various apps and online gives an equally enjoyable experience, as does using it with my phone. I did find that listening to some music in a standard mode, that it was lacking in bass, but changing the settings simply to add bass or treble etc, sorts that out quickly, so please do have a play around with the audio app, if you find music sounding a bit lacklustre to your liking. I have not yet tried these for gaming, so I am unable to make a comment on that aspect, but I am hoping that they will continue to work well for that too.

Very good quality headset with the cutest kitty ears
Great headphones, good quality sound (especially with the included 7.1 surround sound software from Razer). Headset looks and feels of good quality. You can change the colour/effects of the RGB lighting. Tested the mic and seems to work perfect fine, again, good sound quality. Dont really have any bad points - they are wired but the cable is plenty long enough, doesn’t bother me - personally I couldn’t justify the price of the wireless version! Comes with 2 year warranty, would recommend

A good quality, comfortable and fashionable headset!
The headset sound quality and the mic sound are superb and build is sleek and cute at the same time. The retractable mic is a plus, it doesn’t get in the way when not in use. It is also comfortable to use compared to a lower end headset I bought 2 months ago. I am happy with my black Razer Kraken Kitty despite of being on the pricier side. I hope it last a long time. I’d love to give this a 5 star review but I had an issue connecting it. The device worked perfectly with a new RSH 7 Port USB 3 hub with AC Adapter I bought on the first night. However, the next day it keeps getting disconnected and reconnected in Razer Synapse 3. I tried some TS steps online and it seems like it happened to other users too. I made sure all apps/software were updated and restarted several times to no avail. Now, just to use it I connect it directly to may laptop even though I prefer it attached to the hub with other accessories. I will try it again some other time and hopefully it works again on the hub.

It's not for gaming and lots of misconceptions in the reviews.
First off, the reviews of everyone here are confusing, because they don't know what's going on. Some say the sound is excellent, some say it sucks. They're all right and wrong at the same time. So, just to say, they are comfortable and they last enough for a few days (maybe 3). 20 hours or so with lighting on, 50 without. Now, on to the confusing parts. The problem here is both with Razer and the Bluetooth functionality. To begin with, Razer is marketing them as 'gaming'. They're not gaming because of Bluetooth. let me explain: In a nutshell, even with Bluetooth 5.4 (the newest version out now), Bluetooth simply doesn't have enough bandwidth to provide stereo (aka quality) sound AND quality mic sound at the same time. So, what will happen when you install the headset to your PC is this: You'll get two modes. When you select them (on the taskbar, the little speaker icon you select your different audio sources), you have two options. The 'HEADPHONES Razer Hello Kitty' and the 'HEADSET Razer Hello Kitty'. Headphones is the non mic version. That will give you stereo sound, just like any other headphone. Sound is good for the average consumer. However, the headphones mode doesnt' have a mic. If you try to call someone on Discord, everything will go silent, including the Youtube video you're currently playing or your Spotify song (whatever you're doing at the time) AND your Discord. If you go and select the 'headset' mode, you'll notice all sound comes back, your mic is now enabled but it sounds TERRIBLE. That's because bluetooth has just enough bandwidth to play mono sound, not stereo. This is equivalent to any other bluetooth speaker you have in your car, or on your phone. If you notice, when you're using Spotify on your phone and someone calls, Spotify stops and mono sound now is used for the call. Anyway, you can only use headset mode (again, because of the technology, not because of the headset itself) to call on Discord etc and then revert back to headphones mode for quality sound. So, there you go. The problem is this is not a gaming headset, sold as one. Bluetooth will never be the way to go for gaming headsets because the technology just doesn't have the capability to provide high quality sound AND hiqh quality mic at the same time. It never will, for this headset. That's the truth. Now, this is not inherently wrong. If you use the headset for listening to music on your phone, then you're good to go. When a call pops up, it will auto change. But it's NOT a gaming headset for PC or a console and Razer shouldn't have selected Bluetooth for this headset. Straight up. That's why most actual gaming headsets come with their own dongle and communicate through 2.4ghz wireless protocols and not bluetooth. You'll suffer if you try to game or listen to music while on a call. Comfort wise, these things are comfortable (I have a big ass head and I tried them on for quite a while while setting them up for my girlfriend and for hours, while setting them up, I didn't feel uncomfortable). The paintjob is sick, even though I don't care for Hello Kitty, Razer has its shit together when it comes to something being fashionable. That being said,

Cute
They are soooo comfortable and absolutely cute! Its a shame that RGB doesn't work wirh PS5, but it still lights up white. I love them! Theyre very sturdy and very very comfy.

Best headset for the price!
Short review: far better than anything I hoped for, cheapest price on the market, comfortable and flexible on the head, amazing quality, cute af, in depth customisable audio settings through the Razer audio app, adorable leds which can change to any colour you set also through the app, long lasting charge. Only negative is please don’t purchase the headset in hopes of using the mic and wanting your voice audio to be crisp, I haven’t tried the mic but I can say that headset microphones simply aren’t good because of limited space for hardware and it is compressed, so don’t be disheartened when mic isn’t as good as expected! I advise a stand alone microphone instead if you’re wanting more. In depth review: For some context I purchased the Razer kraken headset in quartz in June 2021 and was quietly disappointed with the quality of the audio, the mic did not work at all and the feel was disappointing. I decided to try again with Razer for my second headset and bought the hello kitty headset and I can honestly say that it was a massive upgrade in every single way! The hello kitty headphones are of course bluetooth and led, which you can in fact change the colour to anything on the leds with the Razer audio app, which in itself is great. The hello kitty headset when connected to the Razer audio app also allows you to choose between settings such as amplified, amplified bass, amplified clarity and allows you to customise the audio aswell as allows you to switch to “gaming mode” for an extra umph. The audio overall is crisper and has clearly been improved since the kraken and I would only say good things about the hello kitty headset. It is also far more comfortable to wear since it’s slightly tighter and more flexible on the head making it snug and soundproof.
