This resistance band is the best I've ever seen! Ones I've used in the past stick to itself and tear very easily. The texture and weight of this is perfect for the clients in my Pilates reformer studio. Even my clients who are the hardest on the equipment are using them without breakage.

As a Home Health Therapist, it is a challenge to find creative exercise ways that don't break the bank, and are light enough to carry. Theraband is the most versatile piece of equipment, and it is not heavy, like if you had to carry a bag full of weights! Great Product!

I ordered yellow, red and green. The elastic is a good deal stiffer in these products than I found in the bands I used in physical therapy. Since I have 3 colors, I can just use a lower level color if they are too stiff. So if red is too stiff, I can use yellow, etc. Otherwise, they are OK

These are great bands to use. All my students love them, especially my Seniors. They are sturdy, durable and travel easy. Anyone can use these safe bands to exercise. I intend to work my students up to the next level of bands soon. Thank You for this great product.

I have started an exercise class at the retirement facility where I am the activity director. The residents love the bands and I feel they are a safe way to increase muscle tone for them.
