Cheap and useless
The mounting hardware is cheap plastic that will eventfully break if you tighten too much. If it's not tight enough, the flag will not withstand the wind. Cheap and useless.

very small but won't aggregate drivers. C-clamp attachment is may be 3/8" dia, fits nicely to rear rack but you could not attach it to any bicycle tubing which will be larger.

Flimsy and useless
I put these on my kids bikes (the longer ones) and they immediately broke. Snapped right in half...don't bother!

Fits all my rear racks perfectly, even on curved tubes.
The price is so fabulous I've ordered more. Only time and weather will determine the value to me, however.I bicycle year round in northern lower Michigan and am concerned the brackets may get brittle and snap in the cold.🤞

Bricht sehr leicht ab
Schön leuchtende Fahne, allerdings ist die Befestigung nicht so gut. Da es eine starre Befestigung ist, also ohne Gelenk, bricht sie sehr leicht ab. Die Fahne steht bei mir über das Fahrrad hinaus, und sowie man beim Zurücksetzen irgendwo gegenstößt, bricht die Fahne ab. Also kurze Haltbarkeit. Habe jetzt schon meine 2. Fahne abgebrochen....
