Nice big size,definitely non stick, good solid quiche tin,The base could be a little bigger but it’s not a problem.

I loved it. It did exactly what the write up said. The first thing I baked in it was a Lemon Meringue pie. And it came out perfect!

While having a loose bottom is a good thing for getting your quiche, etc out unfortunately it also meant that it leaked while cooking so my quiche was a third of the size when it came out of the oven.

The size is great for those quiche dishes that require lots of fillings

As mentioned by other reviewers the lift out panel is a little bit small but it doesn't have to be a problem as long as you make sure the pastry coverage is sufficient if you're making a quiche. I like the high sides and it's easy to clean. Obvs because it has higher sides you must make a bit more pastry.

With a normal size quiche pan I would always get overspill. This is just what I needed, no more spillage, nice thick slices of quiche. I haven’t had a problem with the inner base being a little small, it still does its job fine
