I use these for a very specific icing recipe I make and it is the best icing I’ve ever made. I haven’t been able to find them in a grocery store so I just order them from Amazon. They are a little bit on the expensive side but the pack comes with enough that it lasts me a long time.

while i like it! if you want a firm firm jelly, you do have to use a lot more than what’s asked for :)

These silver-grade gelatin sheets are the only brand I use for panna cotta and chocolate mousse. They set beautifully every time, and the price is perfect for regular use. I use platinum-grade for mirror glaze. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for the Haodong Beef Silver Leaf Gelatin Sheets, but unfortunately, my experience was just okay. The packaging states that there should be 20 sheets, but I only received 18, which was disappointing right off the bat.I also expected the gelatin to be completely odorless, as advertised, but it had a distinct smell that was hard to ignore. While the sheets worked well for making gummies, giving them a nice texture and firmness, the unfortunate downside was that the gummies ended up smelling... less than appetizing. To be honest, the smell reminded me of sweaty gym socks, which isn’t exactly what you want in a sweet treat.
