It works!!!! Best $ spent for relief
I had struggled with my fissure tear for almost 9 weeks, tried every pain medication and used the prescribed lidocaine gel. Nothing helped the pain . After using this for 3 days, things were about 90% better. Wish I found this sooner . After 5 days There is almost no pain and appears to be almost healed.

Works magically as intended
Love the product. It does exactly what it claimed even better than other well known products on the market. Make sure you have a sitz bath when situation permits before applying the oil.

Wasn't a fix-all, but definitely contributed to healing fissures
I've been dealing with fissures for close to a year and a half. I'd seen a doctor several times who didn't really help much, even with a fissurectomy. The discomfort/itching was so bad I was using Recticare constantly, to the point where I'd developed some immunity to it and it stopped working. I was desperate, and so I did my own research. I read a review on this product that recommended using this oil in tandem with things like, washing the effected area 2-3 times a day, two 20 minute sitz baths a day (I picked up the one that sits on your toilet), and sitting on a heating pack for 20 minutes three times a day to increase blood flow. I can't claim this product alone healed my insanely frustrating fissures, but I will say that using it alongside the other things did finally heal the fissures I had. 10/10 recommend if you do this with the other things I stated above. The oil specifically: it did relieve a little of the discomfort for the first week or so.

May have helped
I can't say definitively if this is what fixed my fissure or if it’s a combination of the other things I did in conjunction with using this product. I had a fissure just over a year with pain with every BM and blood 50-75% of the time.My fissure felt slightly more internal. I also have internal hemorrhoids diagnosed by colonoscopy. I am also a fairly young (29yo) female, 5’1 and 105lbs. I’m not a doctor and most of the information on google contradicts each other so its hard to tell what you're doing right/wrong.. I’m no expert at all, but this is what I did to heal my chronic fissure. I increased my water intake to at least 80oz a day, the recommended 64oz a day was not cutting it for me. Do keep in mind though you can over-do it on the water and it can be dangerous, so everything in moderation. you may need more or less water depending on your size. I would drink 15-20oz after every meal. I would try to drink warm caffeine free tea at night. I cut back on coffee to 2, maybe 3 times a week. I would also ask for almond milk instead of regular. I cut back on alcohol to a tiny glass of wine every now and then and afterwards, i would chug a glass of water. For me, my apprehension about increasing my water intake was that i would be running to the bathroom non-stop. I already pee so much. Interestingly i seem to be be peeing less times with the increased intake. When i do have to go, the output actually matches the urgency. Diet wise, i basically tried to eat mostly fruits and vegetables and just a little bit of chicken with lunch sometimes. Also, i do not recommend eating the same thing every day. I was eating what i thought was a very healthy breakfast/lunch (gluten free toast/peanut butter, banana, carrots, celery, almonds, and grapes) for weeks and it did absolutely nothing to change my BMs/constipation.I think changing up your foods creates a better balance for you body. I try to limit processed foods and dairy. I try to get gluten-free alternatives where i can. Basically i would stick to anything you could categorize as “healthy”. I limited sweets as well. Just for an example of what a typical day is, here is what i ate today. Mixed fruit (strawberries, pineapple, and grapes) and greek vanilla yogurt. For lunch i ate brown rice with curried squash, sweet potato, and cauliflower. For dinner, a smallllllll seasoned chicken tender, bell peppers and onions. It's been about 3 weeks and i’ve lost about 3 pounds. Before i started this “diet” i would be hungry ALOT and have to eat frequently throughout the day and i would binge a lot, i now find myself not so hungry anymore and i can go longer times without food. I think this is also because i’m drinking so much water. Earlier this year i went on a completely plant-based diet for about a week, maybe 2 and i had the best BMs, but that diet was HARD to stick to. Even this one, i have my days where i don't do the best and i slip, but i have more “good” meals that outweigh the “bad” ones. I tried taking a pre-biotic, but I only took it twice. It did give me softer BMs, but i stopped taking it because i felt like it was irritating my digestive tract more so than actually providing me with the “good” bacteria to regulate my BMs. I’ve read that you should avoid foods/drinks that irritate your digestive tract because your bowels get to use to the outside stimulant and then don't function well on their own, which exacerbates constipation. I actually stopped using the “squatty potty” method too. This method seemed to put more pressure on the posterior anus where the fissure was. I would take 1 warm/hot bath with epsom salt every day that i was able to, just once a day for about 20 minutes each time. I would use this Forces of Nature Fissure Control once in the morning when i woke up and once after my bath. I applied with a cotton ball and only slightly went in just enough to make sure it was reaching the fissure. I was also using a internal hemorrhoid cream, but that seemed to be counteractive for me as it contained a vasoconstrictor and i read that fissures heal so slowly because it's hard for them to get the blood supply that they need to heal properly. That brings me to the next step, i would sit on a heating pad at home as long as i was able. I figured the heat would promote blood flow. Exercise wise, i barely did any. About 2 to 3 times a week i would leisurely walk my dog for about 20 minutes. I still don't feel entirely out of the woods, but i had my first bowel movement in over a year that didn't hurt, so there's at least progress.I’m also still not regular at all, but whatever. I’ve been doing all of this for about 3 weeks, maybe a little longer. I know this is long, but i hope it helps someone else who has been suffering as long as i have.

Instant fissure relief
I have been dealing with a fissure for a few weeks and I have tried other creams with the highest over the counter lidocaine (5%) they barely did anything. If anything it made it more painful. The pain relief from this forces of nature oil was instant and worth every single penny. Its been about 3 days of use and its almost healed up all the way. FYI... get the bigger bottle bc the small one does not last long.

Did not work at all
This product did not work for me in any way. In terms of effectiveness, I saw no improvement or relief after using it as directed. The ingredients may be marketed as natural, but they did not provide any noticeable benefit. The application was easy enough, so ease of use is not the issue here. For the relief it claims to offer, this product completely missed the mark. Given the lack of results, it is also a poor value for the money. Overall, I would not recommend this product and would not purchase it again.

After reading all the good reviews about this product and the fact that it stated it’s 100% natural, I was keen to try it. When the item arrived I used a small amount to test the effectiveness. It gave me an itch and made my skin super sensitive! A burning sensation! I discontinued the use and had to recover from the effects and had to use steroid cream to recover. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, I’m very disappointed! ALSO what's with the dripper?

This is a fantastic product and if used as instructed, works brilliantly. Even if you don't use it as frequently as recommended, it is still effective. After a long time of living with fissures and discomfort, this stuff healed them quickly. My partner has used it too with equal success. I wish that I had found it sooner. I looked on Amazon at various products to treat the issue and this one stood out because of the reviews, an added bonus that it is all natural. It seemed pricey to me for such a small quantity, but it is well worth it if you are suffering, especially if other remedies have not worked. I only had to use it for a few days and never again since, so there is plenty left. It's not a subject that you would generally discuss but I would have no problem recommending this product.

This product is amazing, I read the reviews on the website and thought I will try this remedy, when the parcel arrived it came with in two days, I opened the parcel and I thought what is this, a small bottle with a dropper for the ointment to come out. my initial thoughts this will not work, I have been mislead but i had not, please read on .i had a bowel operation 12 years ago and the operation was a success but I still had rectal pain after a normal bowel movement. no straining or anything like that. I tried this ointment 5 drops twice a day out side the rectum and with in 3 days the pain had gone I was totally amazed , I am still using the ointment there is enough for 90 applications, i have recently converted back to wearing close fitting mens briefs and this has not ruined my briefs.it has working for me and i am pain free.i hope this ointment works for you.

Soothing, and not unpleasant to apply but it runs out very quick and sadly did not heal my fissure. I won't be buying this again but i'm glad I tried it.
