UTG Heavy Duty Push Button QD Sling Swivel, 1.38" Loop

Ordered it from the non-amazon seller for like $7.50, free shipping and it got here in like 4-5 days. So the reviews have been spotty on this, which is why I ordered from the cheapest seller.So, this mount, its just a sling loop on a little stem, I needed one for my M92 carbine I just got in. It fits nicely in the hole and so far has a strong hold. I've walked around my apartment carrying it just by the sling and it has not come loose once. I haven't done any drop tests or anything but so far it has been a solid mount, and for the price I paid for it, I see no reason to not give a full five stars. I will do an update if anything changes, or in the next three months if it is still holding strong.UPDATE JAN 27 2016: Original one I bought is still going strong. It also fits in the keymod slot of my rail on my AR. However I just received a 2nd one I ordered for my AR and this new one WILL NOT STAY IN THE KEYMOD SLOT. I put the old one on my AR and the new one in my M92 where it appears to be holding strong, but I only got it a few hours ago so time will tell.So basically it looks like sometime in the past two years the dimensions changed. I don't remember what packaging the 1st one came in but i feel like it is different than the packaging this one came with.

I am anal with items I purchase because I value the money I earn, therefore, the products I purchase better be of good quality. I hesitated purchasing this QD swivel for two months because I doubted it's quality. However, due to time constraints, I made a last minute game time decision and purchased it, thinking I was taking a chance. I just received this item. The packaging was great as the seller placed it in a box with a substantial amount of protection around it.This product is of solid construction. I have a Samson QD Mount & Vltor stock. I purchased two of these UTG QD swivels. They fit perfectly with the Samson QD mount and Vltor stock. I highly recommend this product.The ones that gave it a low rating must've received a defective product or it wasn't compatible or maybe they're just contender companies just discouraging buyers. I am satisfied and recommend this product. The bluing on this is good too. It is black and has a rugged look. Works as expected and satisfied!

Made out of descent steal with a good parkerized finish. At first I thought they were blued but they were just shipped in enough oil to make sure they don't rust. Once you wipe some of the oil off they match the rifle quite nicely. Having a pretty rifle is of paramount importance second only to functionality. That being said they are very functional. I have different brand set for another rifle and they have deeply recessed buttons to activate the quick disconnect feature and they can be a little difficult to access in a hurry. Say like when your vehicle is disabled and taking fire and you really need to get your weapon untangled from the dead translator "sitting " next to you so you can remove yourself from the contact area (total work of fiction, Amazon sais to make the reviews interesting). Any way.....these have buttons that sit proud so they are a lot easier to access even when wearing light gloves. My slings are all 1 inch but the larger sling swivels allow you more sling options if you need to switch to a wider sling for all day wear. Be advised that if you are going to use these with a Magpul CTR stock they will just fit and only in one position. Luckily that one position is perfect for a two point sling. If you need some movement of the swivel or alternate position abilities when using the Magpul CTR stock then get the 1 inch version.

This is far cheaper and of excellent build quality than some of the other name brands for swivels. I have had no issues so far and those that have ordered these off my recommendation appear to have no complaints either. After all, it is a simple yet effective product. Not much to overthink or pay extra for when its a simple swivel and theres not much else to really go on about it. Highly recommend.

These are very heavy duty and machined well. They fit my magpul stock perfect. The package says they are hardened steel. I took a file to it on the bottom and indeed it was some hard steel. I can’t use them as they were too small for my 2” sling. I knew before I bought them they might not work. I put them in my parts bin for another project some where down the road.

This QD sling swivel works well, it locks to the rifle tightly and holds a sling well. I tested it on a few different mounts and stocks, it clicked in and held tightly on all of them. Construction is solid5 Stars: Product works as advertised, well constructed. Good price, fast shipping

Good, heavy-duty swivel. I bought this for my M&P Sport2 AR15. The optics-ready model doesn't come with afront swivel. This one fit fine, and will do the job. I read previously that it is advertised as 1.25" width, but they senta 1.38" width. That is what I received also, but the actual difference isn't really very much

Nice quality piece. They snap in perfectly to the buttstock of a Kriss Vector gen2 carbine.

Quality good. Can't beat the quick release option. Only one beef I have is that it is not compatible with any of my 3 guns with pre existing QD style mounts - does not lock properly. I had to buy and install new mount. That's just what I have noticed.
