After reading the reviews of this sweater, I wasn't sure if this sweater was going to appear cheaply made. Well I have to say it fits perfect, I got the XL, but could have probably got the L, but I like sweaters roomy which it is. I have washed it 2 times and it washes beautifully. The weight of this sweater is perfect for us over 50 ladies because although it isn't a heavy sweater, it certainly isn't light. I find it to be the perfect weight. For the price and convenience of ordering through Amazon, this sweater is a fantastic buy.

I am 170lbs, 5'8" and a 38D. I purchased the XL after reading reviews. This fits me perfectly as I like my tops a little loose to hide the lumps and bumps. The length is great. It covers a little over half bum but not completely. Which is good, as I have a longer torso. All in all a great buy. I will be ordering a few more in different colors.

This is EXACTLY what it says it is. The photo is spot on. It’s a good fitting sweater. It’s lightweight, it hits just right at the wrists for me. Rolls up nice on the sleeves, rolls back down nicely. Doesn’t ride up. It’s a perfect fit. As far as the negative comments about sizing goes, disregard them. “I’m usually a 2X and this was too small on me” is not a fair review. Amazon provides a SIZE CHART. That’s the only thing you should be reading. I’m a 1X, but I tend to order 2Xs when I’m not sure about sizing. Amazon recommended me a 3X because they see I order 2Xs a lot and they wanted me to size up. After reading the size chart I decided on the 2X because this is intended to be a form fitting sweater and I wanted it true to size. If you read amazon’s recommended size or just order your “usual size” (no such thing in woman’s fashion), you might be disappointed. Buy a tape measure, tape yourself, and BUY. These are a staple in my wardrobe. I have a purple and a maroon. I will be buying more.

What a nice sweater for the price. I've been looking for cotton, v-neck, women's sweaters ever since LandsEnd quit selling their version years ago and have had to resort to buying men's which don't fit particularly well. As others have commented, the fabric is pretty lightweight but will be nice over a blouse or tee for mild California winters. I got XXL and am about a size 16. Probably could have gotten the next size down but I want to layer and I don't look great in tight-fitting knit tops. Got two this go-round, want two more and I'm set for winter at about the same price for two men's sweaters.

Great quality! I ordered a M, my normal size, and I’m 5’4” and 145lbs. I dried it and think it would have been perfect sized if I didn’t. Either way, great sweater and I’ll be buying more.

I love these tops on both crew and v neck. I have bought multiple colors (black, oatmeal, grey, and more on order). I wear them tucked in with high waist black dress pants (not shown in pic). Size: SMALL. Very lightweight. I can wear a nude bra color and it’s fine. Which I am in the photos. The one photo shows how see-through it is. I’m 5’2 and a small 34C, 137lbs. I have broader shoulders than average in my opinion. I wear a size 6. This is a good casual shirt. It’s not very flattering though. The material isn’t that soft, it’s cheap lol. I’m not upset with it. You get what you pay for. I’m sure if I added accessories and got dolled up it’ll look a lot better. I haven’t washed it. This is straight out of the package. This is made in vietnam. It says to lay flat to dry- which I assumed beforehand bc of the material. It seems like it’ll either shrink or stretch out too much and not form back to its original shape. It’s 55% cotton, 25% Modal, 20% polyester. I got red. Pretty red color for the holidays!

I love these new Amazon Essentials sweaters. I bought 5 (2 solid and 3 stripes) so I have one to wear to work each day. They are light so I don't get too hot but warm enough when the AC is on full blast at work. The stripes match at the seams, which I like. I wear a 20ish in tops and the XXL is great. They fit over my big hips nicely.

I like this Tee, I thought it was meant to be a jumper, but very thin and stretchy. I have ordered of Amazon Essentials before so did order a size or two up to my usual size 14. It fits OK, but like wearing a close fitting Tee. Will go well with a cardigan over the top. Colour is a brilliant red and I love it. It seems to be well made, but may stretch more when washed. I do find the Amazon size charts a challenge as the last summer top I bought was meant to be a size 14 and was more like a 20. I wonder if some are in American sizes, rather than British.

Bought the Light Grey XL I am UK14/16 sleeves are very long and so is the jumper, I am keeping it as I am short waisted and shorter arms, nice and soft haven`t washed it yet and don`t expect it to shrink hope it doesn`t bobble. May order another colour but will purchase smaller size and will see how this one is after a couple of washes, my first purchase of clothing for myself from amazon essentials, have ordered for hubby successfully before so would definitely buy clothing again for myself.

Soft and lightweight, this is a great jumper. I like it loose fitting so ordered xl and it was perfect. I'm usually size 16 - 18
