I ordered 2 bottles and when I received them they had a one month expiration date. That was 100 capsules x 2 bottles. One tablet a day they would be expired before finishing them.

I bought this after reading the book "Heartburn cure in 30 days". My system had been through a lot of anti-biotics from appendix surgery to C-Diff to H-Pylori and then 2 bladder infections. I needed to replenish. This along with a few other supplements seemed to help my gut heal. I will continue to take it for a few months and then pull back and see what happens. If I feel worse I will take daily.
